I used to play a rogue on private servers... I get Vietnam flashbacks when I see those rank 1 blizzard...

I really enjoy your montages and highlight reels, you pick the best moments. it's nice not to have to sit through 1.2 hour game to see that one moment where you skull'd the rocket helm that saved cap etc.

when i saw 'premade' in the title, i was really expecting more clips that had the voice comms audio. Really disappointed, I love hearing/watching that stuff way more than some montage to music.

You can get 2TB external HDDs for probably less than $50. Mine was a gift, but I know it was under $100 and that was a few years back. Even just the one is a godsend, OBS saves clips directly to it (it's also where my recycling bin is lul)

I like videos like this, but I think I'd like to hear more of the chat and strategy going on in the match. It's the excitement of the kill that resonates to me as a viewer of a PvP video. I get what you mean though by need more HDD space. Recording this stuff in HD just eats of storage space. Love the content though, so please keep it up!

question about your rogue key bindings: what are your run/strafe keys or mouse only? why is hemo bound to both Z and R? do you shift your hand around in situations? ty

My Rogue binds are pretty sloppy here because I hadn't played a Rogue in years until Henhouse server came out. I use R for Hemo, the one on Z was just kind of a placeholder. I've also switched to Daggers after getting back the Rogue feel - Daggers is stronger in WSG (killing Mages/Druids)

Gnome 100%. You get 5% intellect for damage/crit bonus. And you get a 60 second CD racial, the ONLY one minute racial, and it frees you from snares. Quite overpowered and overlooked in my opinion. Wotf is great but 5% isn’t AND a super short snare removal racial 🤤

@@TheBlorgish If you plan on only doing pvp go gnome. But the human racial spirit bonus is actually more beneficial for every other part of the game (plus diplomacy which saves you literal days of /played in the long run). The reason being is because the gnome int racial only gives around 20 extra int (300 mana) with bis pre naxx gear plus world buffs and consumes (a majority of the player base will never even reach that part of the game). That equates to not even a max level frost bolt in mana cost. The crit rating bonus from the int would only matter after around 12 minutes of constant frostbolt casting, because you are only getting a 0.33% crit bonus from that extra int. The only boss I know of that lasts that long is c'thun. The human spirit bonus matters a lot for mages because evocation scales off of 1500% of your mana regen and the arcane talent "Arcane meditation" (which allows 15% of your spirit to work in combat). This gives human mages more up time in raids and dungeons, making them overall more efficient casters. So if you plan on doing a lot of pvp by all means go gnome, but they are not better than human mages in pve. Also as a mage you have blink so you already have an improved escape artist, and don't forget that escape artist is not an instant cast in vanilla.

​@@swizzbeatz2075 No - God no. 1. If you are short on time don't play vanilla the extra effort you have to invest in reputations is absolutely minimal and a nonfactor alltogether for the mageclass 2. Your manapool is the most important stat for you in PvP and super beneficial in PvE as well (And yes Kings is added multiplicative) also the talent Magic Absorbption enables you to get %-share of your manapool back. 3. Snares that hard disable the mage class are the most dangerous thing you have to stay on top of, Escape Artist is therefore more valuable than Will of the Forsaken in a Group Setup. 4. PvE-wise Gnomes are easily the best - mages regen from spirit is absolutely terrible - mp5 is the more valuable stat even.

Is this a server specifically built for content creators or something? I'm tryna run some premades

Bazeleel its a special server for premade games. It isn’t a private server that a lot of people know about. It used to be very small but it’s been opened to many more players recently. But it’s not a normal 1x private server

This is a weird private server. You don't get any hyperthermia, second, back in vanilla it was changed to you couldn't drop the flag and pick it right back up again, you had to wait a couple of seconds. I remember a rogue vid came out where he was vanishing zaping, dropping flag and repicking neutralising 5 people. Shortly after they made the change where you needed a couple of seconds to repick the flag.

Hypothermia doesn’t exist in Vanilla and the delay on picking the flag back up was implemented in TBC

@@OhhgeeHaptixGaming I geuss I most be getting old. But I remember that repicking up the flag got added to the game, the last half of vanilla or the last year. Hyperthermia got added in vanilla when the elementalist build got made possible, with the shatter changes. Right around Naxx. If not, I am really getting old.

I gave this a 👎 by changed it because of the effort and time you decorated to making the video. I was expecting much more. Watching clips over music it’s ok up to a point, but with classic approaching it would benefit the community to explain different strategies, talent trees, and specific consumables suitable for pvp.

Yeah, this is something a lot of people have requested. And to be honest recording commentary/explanation and giving advice is way less effort that doing an edit with music, lol. Thanks for the honest feedback, I'm definitely going to work on something of this nature

ehhh sort of lame. Solo q WSG on retro would make for more interesting fottage.
