The dungeon here in the Misery Mire has a particular theme, also the introduction of Wizzrobes... enemies that are weak to the local dungeon item and said dungeon item is multi-purpose fun one.

MEANWHILE, AT THE SWAMP OF EVIL...

I always call the room where you hit the switch to make the blocks raise and lower "The Dead Fish room" because the wall that the spark is traveling along resembles a cartoonish fish skeleton and the skull pot is where the eye of the fish would be.

Earlf is off to see if he has swamp super powers! 10:51 - Man, they made this one look intimidating. 12:11 - 12:17 - Coincidentally, I've been on a Space Ghost Coast to Coast and Cartoon Planet kick lately(Mainly clips and an Iceberg video). 13:17 - 13:30 - The Wizzrobes are back! 14:12 - 14:16 , 14:29 - 14:36 - I was wondering where that sound was coming from in the first part.

Lol, in all the times I've played this game, it never occurred to me to hookshot to that block in the room with the big chest, I have always walked around.😁 🤜🏻🤛🏻

We were so childish back in the day... "bombos" became slang for ... well...

Misery Mire! I always thought Misery Mire was the name of the dungeon and the area it was in, but I guess not. This dungeon sucks, but the item you get is really cool and I wish they brought back somehow. Like Ice Palace, there's an instance of a redundant key in randomizers, a locked door that opens to an area you already have access to and therefore can ignore.

Did that cave with the bug have a bombable wall?

For some reason this dungeon makes me think of Round 4 of Alien Syndrome… Also, is it me or are the Wizzrobes similar to the Wizards from The Tower of Druaga?

It just reminds me of OoT's Shadow Temple, basically just because of the entrance.
