I think one reason the vendor attendance was lite maybe because of the cost, I saw a lot of vendors sharing a booth or possibly the demographic has changed. It's seams your like me and love the older rigs but lets be honest, there are not many parts being manufactured for the older rigs anymore. The best years for the show was from the 2000 to 2010

Yeah, that does impact vendors. Also why would they spend the money for a booth when the sand sports show gets double the attendance. So they all choose to go there instead and catch the Arizona offroad expo instead

I want some Wilwood fronts for mine but the ones they currently make for 14’ years like ours require a certain tie rod for them to clear properly. I haven’t been able to find the “certain” tie rod yet. Maybe I should call them.

Really? The caliper is on the opposite side so the tie row should have no impact. I’ve heard they just bolt on without issue. Fitment becomes a problem with aftermarket spindles. Not sure if the SVC one will support it without modification

My bad, it’s actually the Alcon brakes

Ok. Alcons are known for having fitment issues. Specially with aftermarket parts.

I’m so going to look into the wilwood brakes for my gen 1. Been wanting a bbk for my stock 17s

Probably the best kit on the market for raptors right now. Specially with how it mounts and supports 17s. Only drawback is the price keeps going up every year. When it was first introduced 3 years ago the kit was $1400

I think they know they can do that since all the other kits on the market you would have to run 19”+ wheels.

Yeah. Not sure why none of the other manufacturers have caught up in 3 years. More options means more competitive prices

But they only have them for the front. Alcon has their BBK for the front and rear

I so want one. Looking at their RGB light so that I can switch to red light and a heavy bug night.

I’m talking about the guys that setup a living room with a fully stocked kitchen on the trails cooking gourmet meals on the trails. What happened to burgers or some carne asada? These guys doing a roast or making their own sauces on the trail and just doing fancy shit.

@KeepItDirtyOffRoad I use a 2 burner camp chef with a griddle to cook on. When offroad traveling (overlanding). I usually make tacos, steaks, or Philly cheese steaks. And for breakfast, just the usual eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns.
