Part of me feels that this listening party phenomena is meant to counteract leaks before the album release; everyone has a chance to officially listen to the album before it drops. But I do agree that these listening parties make the pushed back release date a little redundant

Called the local shop in Florida, (Dunedin) says they are doing this Saturday at 4p. They wouldn't even get their hands on records early unless the label sent it. HAS to be official.... I can't even imagine how crazy these will be.

If I'm going to be honest, I'm not a big fan of it because it increases the chances of me accidentally stumbling upon a recording before the album actually releases - which is even worse when I consider that I have to wait a week after the album releases to listen since I'm on holiday

Personally I feel this is a silly decision, they've been doing their best not to have the past records leaked, delayed this album for the mv's but then Warner turns around and goes "oh we'll do listening parties a week before" which technically would have been the initial release in the first place so now by doing this as said there's a high chance it gets leaked and honestly I'm so disappointed

Some errors on the list. The first location in Connecticut is in Colorado. The second Colorado location is in California. One of the locations in florida, is a actual in Connecticut.

I didn't write the locations, it's likely the advertisement team did as this was officially gotten from the pilots, so it's nice to see the advertisement team have not learnt from their mistakes about the Clancy tour emails

There's one really close to me in Zurich and the guy from the record Store there is really cool so I might go. But not a big Fan of the concept because of how they are going to prevent the Album getting leaked is beyond my comprehension...
