Shame that they are men the most useless creature on the planet apparently. We shouldn't ever be lowering the entry requirements for emergency workers these are people who actually make a crucial difference each day, life and death difference and they need to be the best.

They do good work, but they focus too much on the negative. They need to also show examples of what it means to be a good cop, like in this video.
