Yes, it's possible. Also you will need to use URP or Built in because HDRP is not supported for webgl.

@@UGuruz have u tested the new SSGI? I read on forum its effect is very subtle and cannot be used alone and requires baked gi for better results

You can download the PC build of this demo from description and check FPS on your system. On my system in running around 60 fps.

That's true its not perfect. Also the raytrace GI is a lot more better then this one.
