Love the vertical toilet roll holder. Were there tie points in the bathroom to string a clothes line for drying of clothes? Wet rain jackets would be the first thing I would be hanging in the bathroom. I would have thought a solid piece of something could be handy to lock the camper from the inside of the camper from the truck cabin for when transporting on ships/trains, on the back of a truck or for when getting the vehicle serviced. It wouldn't have to be a swinging or sliding door, just something you can lock in place when needed and store somewhere when not needed.

It is a Wallas (made in Finland) diesel cook top and air heater combo. Used fuel from the main vehicle tank. The concept is from the marine industry. As a global remote travel vehicle gas is not always available.

@@L2SFBC Great question. When people sleep on mattresses they sweat, or if there is high humidity / lots or rain. Mattresses need to breath and have some airflow. This prevents mold forming or building up. So one can use wooden slats with openings, air-flow moisture barriers, or the more expensive European Froli sleep systems, to help manage this. I hope this helps.

It’s a 100mm foam mattress with an option for a innerspring/ latex mattress. = no sweat. Some owners add the plastic spaces below the foam mattress.

@@goannatracks1 Not all latex foam mattresses are equal, some have more synthetic properties than others, something we found out when purchasing our first latex foam mattress for our house. In our camper we have a latex foam mattress sitting atop a set of wooden slats, in really humid weather, even with our Sirocco fan running; having the slats under the mattress is for us, a better arrangement.

Note a fan of the East West bed due to my height. How's the view from the driver's side window if you're a 6'+ chap? I know it was mentioned in a video I watched that the Isuzu is terrible for tall drivers, necessitating having to bob ones head down to do a head check out the window!

Heh AAV. Good luck with that, their workmanship is terrible, and they actively avoid warranty claims. They don’t even have qualified mechanics doing the fit outs. Plenty of people have been burned by them, everything from winch wiring failures, to sub frames not installed correctly, diesel fittings leaking, rims being that far out of round they are impossible to balance etc etc. and their camper bodies are full of timber, which even with a subframe crack under torsion
