Memories. I use to work in a rig just like this for many years 😭 I miss her. Ours was a crew cab though. We rolled 3 to our rig

I would love to have a converted Ambulance but all that wiring scares me! I would never figure it all out. Would probably cut everything out and just re-wire what I needed to have. or be sure to get a manual chart of it somehow. good job though!

Wow, all that wiring. It sure is great that you can work on it in a covered building and not be out in the sun. Can wait to see the completed project.

BCRG represent! That looked like a wiring spaghetti hell nightmare. That ceiling dust cloud made me sneeze all the way up here. Can't wait to see the results of the build! Oh, and the generousity you are seeing is because you are awesome people!

I watched vids on your first build and engine saga... Life got busy and I missed your travels w/first rig.... When I saw your vids about ambo build I thought would ask if you went w/type 1 or type 3...didnt think you went medium duty! 😅😂 Isn't this a little bigger than other ambo builds? I don't think I've seen Freightliner converted to camper/overlander? Haven't seen all your build vids yet but what are the dimensions of your box? Great to see you're back to building!

I just got an 08 E450 Wheeled Coach ambulance from the LAFD and this video helps a lot. Currently trying to decide if I want to remove the ceiling or not. Are you guys re-using that heavy seat? Because I put mine on Craigslist and sold it for $120 in a matter of hours. Would have put it on for much more but had to move it fast and it did. I'm in Los Cabos full time. If you need help from down here, let me know.

OH WOW. You are in my hometown and I live just about 20 miles south. I"m retired so if you need any help or info, just let me know (I do have some building skills but I hate wiring). Although Arnie should be a great source of info. I've used his services in the past. I have loved your videos since the start. Good luck with your build.

Hi! Our rig has a 8.3 Cummins and Allison transmission. I found this particular rig in the classifieds section of expeditionportal.com but I was regularly checking all kinds of government auction sites as well
