They need to arrest that sgt.

Assuming that what the young cop said is the truth, then like the father said, _"if that had of been my daughter, then we wouldn't even be having this conversation."_ 100% true. Everyone has a right to defend themselves against attempted SA. Sexual preference, whether the young cop was gay or not, has absolutely nothing to do with it. Had the young cop been a female, the sergeant would be the one in prison, not the victim.

Correct. The Senior Officer ALSO was stalking him. He showed up outside his girlfriend's house when he was there.

The police department hurried up and put him in jail for shooting a cop, but if he would of killed a citizen, especially a black man they would of given him a paid vacation then put him back on the streets with a promotion n raise

A lot of sources are saying that Mr. Rusk was under the impression that other cops would be there, since that's what the Srgt. Told him. Plus, he had been going thru this for a year without anyone doing anything and probably figured that there was no use in making a 'fuss' out of it.
