Not necessarily. The phrasing was poor, yes but he did nothing wrong in regards to notifying the police of his firearm (under normal circumstances and it were somebody else). If a cop asks you where it’s located, they’re asking for their safety so they can respond accordingly if you reach for it *or* if the situation is escalating. “Don’t worry about it” while backing up is escalating the situation. I got into a wreck recently and I always have a firearm in my car. When the tow truck came, I let the cop know so I could get it and secure it. They’re response: “well you better secure it”.

At least she understands that a criminal is a criminal, and will continue to be one, until they’re removed from society. There is no excuse to be on the streets after being arrested 24 times. And a young man to boot. It’s not like he’s 83 years old and paid his debt to society. Your logic is the same as everybody in that crowd yelling at the police for doing them a favor. Blame someone else.

@@Dsmitty8780 it is illegal to pull a gun on someone, and especially on the police in circumstances like this. And given the guy's criminal history, he's quite likely prohibited from owning a gun.

I'm impressed with how much patience law enforcement has with pos human beings they encounter.

Of course the fiance is a potato. Of course! LOL

His poor mom. Sounds like she's tried but sometimes there's just nothing you can do. I hope she and the grandma are safe.

@@kingjkendrick4534 I believe a lot of mothers, especially single mothers don’t raise men who function properly. Especially at a younger age. Am I saying all of them no, but a great deal! That wasn’t a mental illness we watched, that was a criminal. He was lying to try and keep from getting caught and then he fought every way he could. He’s been arrested like 26 times I think I seen. He’s a criminal who uses “mental illness” as a crutch to keep from being held responsible. That’s learned behavior and usually from a young age!

The guy literally spits and tries to assault the officers several times and people are still screaming “ don’t do that “ “let home go “.
