It's sad how being kind enough to retrieve a family's dog could lead to something as bizarre as this.

It’s not bizarre, it’s racism. Tell him if u enter my house I’ll shoot, and get off my property now!. Then slam the door. Ppl keep opening the door afterwards. Don’t do that, record. Yes the guy playing-cop will scream and yell orders, you yell orders while retreating and locking the door. But check his old lady appears to hold the door open listening to orders rather then staying in the house and letting the man of the house handle things but he screwed it up regardless. I wish i were there to help them. They’d listen to me then the thug but no one there would tell them to just ignore this guy and go inside. He already pointing a gun acting crazy. Just leave him outside to vent and get the red out his face.

@@InBrad The thing is when you are black he will shoot you for closing your door on your property and will get off because the white jurors will blame you for not complying. There will be a few protest and he will resign only to find a promotion with another department for killing a black man. All you have to do is watch the video of the Mississippi police chief boasting about the 119 bullets and 13 murders of "n words" and how he's cover up murders and would still do it. He was barely fired by the city Council on a 3 to 2 vote.

Me too! But he should have never been fired in the first place! He needs to sue the employer also for falsely firing him! He committed NO crime! 😒 Cussing 🐷 cussed at him first mostly likely, and he as a man cussed back. Cussing is not a crime, although cops who are supposed to be professional shouldn't be doing it to tax paying citizens who foot their dam salary!

I just had a conversation about these dubious or downright wrongful arrests and the ripple effect of it even if you’re exonerated. You have to pay fees, lawyers, you lose your job, now you can’t pay bills, get behind on car notes, child support etc. You get so far behind, you might never recover. These arrests ruins people’s lives.

It's called systemic racism. Explained by CRT or Critical Race Theory. You also can no longer vote after some cop interactions. Can't arm or defend yourself. No matter the alleged crime, it can stop someone from future employment. CRT. The evil web. The vicious circle.

Carter said to me "if Yall step on my property I got some in the house for yall" K.D Locklin was never in the wrong. The family dog Had been inside before the cops showed up. Let me add I asked officer Cater for his assistance nicely and I quote "Hey man can you try and Scare my dog out your yard so I can catch him" His response was "Why cant you keep your dog under control, If yall step on my yard I got some in the house for yall" I didn't even ask for a tough favor, my dog likes to play tag you touch him he's done.

I’ve heard this a number of times. Someone gets arrested and loses their job. Certainly if somebody is convicted of a crime, losing their job is not surprising. However firing someone for being arrested to me it’s not a legitimate reason to fire somebody. Perhaps this is actually an illegal firing and should be investigated on its own.

First off, the off duty cop was out of control!... That SOB thought he was still on the plantation ordering the slave out of his house or he'll come in, over a dog? Are you fuc**** kidding me?!!!... He's breaking the law right there!!....

It's obvious to me this had more to do with the women standing on the front porch than the dog. He needs to lose his badge and gun as soon as possible.

Working with disabled, he seems a very gentle person. Taking care to catch the animal. Helpful. And then you have a policeman solving his misunderstandings with neighbors by calling 911 instead of just talking to people. And the people in the house who are receiving a service from him could care less what happens to him. Some neighborhood!

Misunderstanding with neighbors? I think he got a two for one that day. The dog probably gets loose and goes on his property all the time. Then you see a black man in your yard. He probably went and played the lottery that day! And if that was one of the ppl living in that house that was at the door first, they really did a great job taking up for him.

Innocent until proven guilty. Therefore, a company should not be able to legally terminate employment until a person is found guilty of a crime. Termination without proof of guilt should be grounds for the man to su the company for unwarented termination.
