Secondly, Ofcourse Kirill is way out of Julius's league *now* thats because he stopped Bench training after he broke WR in 2015 an era Julius never existed as a high level bencher so STFU

You guys are forget Siamand Rahman. Benched 310 kg and made it look like a paperweight. Absolutely no leg drive an no back arch. God only knows what he could really bench.

Say what you will about them all, they’re all incredibly impressive. Me personally I will always be more impressed with how Kirill handles so much weight. Not knocking Julius, but I just love seeing big weight being lifted with such control. So much more impressive, to me.

Julius is by far the strongest Kirill is the smoothest and could break the 770 mark,Smash is strong but his control is a bit bad, until someone out lift them they are the best right now

You can clearly see here the Russian school vs the American one. Icecold, military technique from the Russians, brute power from the Americans. Like them both very much

The Russian has much better technique and pound-for-pound is a better bench presser!
