Idea for big project: A full body cosplay of a LEGO Minifigure. The claw hands can clip onto your giant LEGO pieces and the suit moves like a real Minifigure.

This is golden content. A grown man playing with ginormous LEGO pieces and just having genuine fun. I love it ^ -^

Giant Lego will never not be fun. Whether it's these props, or Matt Dentons large 3D printed creations The old LEGO Space Helmet (Part 193a2) would be great next. Cracked like Benny's would be fun

I really enjoyed that video. It's fun to watch a grown man enjoy his craft so much. Means I'm not crazy

Hey, a little history is always appreciated. The childlike glee you got from playing with life size Lego makes me want a set of my own. Guess I'll have to settle for cardboard and the little rings that come out of empty tape dispensers.

@@OdinMakes depends on the brand I used several to make a light saber blade and then I had a few that were oversized and made those I to the handle. Now I just need some LEDs!

OMG, I am having a BLAST watching you having so much fun creating your own giant legos and playing with them! Every time you go “YEAH!” I am right there with you. I have enjoyed your videos in the past, but this is the first time I have cheered. Awesome!

For the transparent studs, you could try making a casting mold for transparent epoxy. Make the part as you usually do, then turn it on its side to cast it in silicone. Use various translucent dyes to mix with a clear epoxy for different colour studs. You could cast multiple epoxy studs before the mold wears out. Otherwise, you just get sheets of translucent acrylic at various thicknesses to cut, stack, and glue circles to get the studs.

I just wanted to say that it is magical to see such genuine excitement over experiments with PVC pipes and foam. Your videos are my regular dose of serotonin. Thank you!

I love when Odin is putting the pieces into other ones and you just hear his little evil chuckle, priceless and honestly what everyone else would do if they had big lego pieces that fit together

This is such a fun series of videos! You should totally make the Lego star wars lightsaber hilt!

I think a really cool challenge would be to make a minifigure in this same scale!

This series is honestly my favourite. Your joy is infectious and really great to watch.

I would LOVE to see at least a 20 part series for this lego pieces

IDEA: You can make a clear element out of clear plastic sheet. Cut it into strips & glue a bunch of different size cup like pieces. The same possess you would do with foam, you would do with plastic sheet.

Loving these old school lego builds. Keep it up, dude! Do a control rod, a lightsaber handle, and a small radar dish, as well as the some studs.

I could watch this all day. I had a lot of fun looking forward to and watching the MechaGodzilla videos last year, but these Lego ones are quickly becoming my new favorites. Don’t stop!

I LOVE how in making "just one more" lego element, you've gone and make a bunch more pieces that fit together. Here's hoping you make more!

Now that you found a way to make the lightsaber blade, you HAVE to make the hilt!! I’d love to see that honestly. I’m a sucker for scaled up lego pieces.

I can see it years from now, Odin will make all the LEGO pieces necessary to build the whole classic spaceship model.

Odin: "I'm supposed to be able to put a stud (for lack of a better term) into the end of the megaphone." You're right that there is no better term. "Stud" is the official terminology for that part of a LEGO brick.

Clear Lego pieces, could be made out of acrylic. Just like resin, it can be dyed different colors. Transparent pigments, can be found in any hardware store, next to the plastic used to make windows. Glow in the dark dye, in those same stores, are close to the paint. I point this out, because, I'd really like to see a giant Lego flashlight.

This really hits hard in the nostalgia. Would be fun to see a lego lightsaber hilt with a glowing blade piece.

I love how wholesome these Lego videos are because you can just feel the nostalgia flowing from Odin. This video actually got me to dig out my old ARC-170 Lego set and rebuild it and boy did I need that joy. Thank you for all of the happiness, Odin!

Two things: I love how these projects showcase the ubiquity of lego elements within the system, making it almost obvious how to assembly-line these upscaled pieces. And I really hope you hold a panel at MAGFest some day soon. It would be awesome to have ya there.

Odin, it was a pleasure watching these videos because you're just so damn happy and excited, as much as I am when I order and receive new action figures to hang on my wall -- still in their packages, by the way. I also wanted to say that, because of you, I'm planning on making a cosplay spear of my own design; I'll definitely take pictures and send them to you, but it won't be for a while (lack of funds, unfortunately).

I've seen the LEGO torch used as an ion gun for LEGO Jawa minifigures, which perplexed me when I saw it because the megaphone (what Odin made in this video) looks remarkably close to the ion guns that the Jawas used in _Star Wars_ Episode 4: _A New Hope._

That pop sound that they make when you take them apart is so satisfying.

You have no idea the joy this brings me... I'm old... My world was rocked when Lego made the Space Lego sets and to see them reproduced with such joy and enthusiasm is fantastic. Do you by chance remember the snake like arm they made later on, was a bit like Doctor Octopus arm Part number 3612 guessing impossible to make from foam though.

The shear joy on your face as these pieces come together is down right infectious! Can’t wait to see what you do next.

One of the most iconic lego pieces of all time, right up there with the red 2x4 brick for me.

Your sheer joy at this project just made my whole day. So fun to watch people get truly excited about something.

I still think you need to make the Space Rifle/Camera in an upcoming build! These LEGO builds are a real blast from the past!

There were a few minifig sized robots from the 80's and an even smaller one in Benny's Space Squad 70841. I have looked at a couple of them. I like the one with a dish for a foot.

Lightsaber hilt next? Clear Resin 3d printed Studs? Even though I won't be making this I am really loving the fact they all work together. Unlike the Lego x Target crap they sold in the US. It all had different scales, so didn't fit together. Fantastic series.

Wow! I really appreciate the attention to detail with the Lego parts. As you said you could have just left them at 'good enough', but going the whole way really is the cherry on top! For future builds, you should make the lightsaber hilt (and the blade too, once you've figured out how to do transparent parts).

Cute piece. I was watching 5th Element and thought the Stones wouldn't be too hard to make, also the Zorg ZF-1 would be amazing.

Absolutely awesome! The Space Helmet and the oxygen tanks/backpack should be on your to do list. Just get the parts list from those lego spaceships you have and just make all the parts in order :D

Been enjoying this series as a LEGO collector myself. It would be really interesting to see you compare these upscaled pieces to the official sand building kits that LEGO’s been officially producing, wondering how close in scale they would be!

I cannot wait to come to your shop again! We are sooooo playing giant Legos!!! You need a collection of a few bricks too!

The absolute joy that just can't be contained when completing assembly on "yet another element" is so fun to see. It's contagious, too, I couldn't stop smiling during the whole video. I'm absolutely loving these LEGO builds, and if you want another fun one from the not-quite-so-classic-but-still-kinda-classic space sets, the chainsaw blade (part 6117) was something that I loved. It came from the Ice Planet 2002 sets, in a translucent orange (but you could still just do the gray), and worked with both the torch and megaphone that you made, but also had a dedicated chainsaw body (part 2516), which could also be pretty awesome build.
