"싸이끌럭 이싼"은 태국 북동부 지방, 이싼에서 유래된 발효 소시지입니다.
다진 돼지고기와 밥을 채워 넣어 만든 이 소시지는 한입에 넣을 수 있는 작은 원형 모양도 있고, 동그랗고 긴 흔한 소시지 모양도 있고, 넓고 긴 핫바 모양 등으로 다양합니다.
싸이끌럭 이싼은 쥐똥고추, 양배추, 오이, 생강피클과 함께 제공됩니다.
"Sai Klok Issan" is a fermented sausage from Issan, northeastern province of Thailand.
It is made with pork and rice, and served with Bird's eye chili, cabbage, cucumber, and pickled ginger.
