It is interesting that buyer is taking possession without CC/OC but with water and electric connection in place.. Moreover, Govt is also earning revenue (stamp duty) by doing registration of such properties!!!

In one part you mentioned that the builder gets OC after providing basic amenities like power, gas, water. And in the next slide you said that the builder needs OC to get the water and power connections. So when exactly we get the water and power connections? After OC or before??
THIS IS CALLED WEAPONS OF INFORMATION... THAT AN INNOCENT HOME BUYER CAN APPLY ON A BUILDER ....IN CASE OF ANY FRAUDNESS ........😊😊😊 KAMAAAL HAI SIR JI.....

Please advise if in case of builder purchase property, is it mandatory to pay registration fees and stamp duty at full , or is it ok to get only agreement to sale and get it registered after completion of project

a home is a basic need that has been made into a luxury purchase due to government levies . the main reason oc is not recieved for most building in mumbai is coz of the BMC .. under the table paise bahut lete hai .. builders ki lagi padi hai already and ye log aur laga rahe hai .. and iss beech consumers like us suffer.

Suppose I find my under construction floor unapproved by town planning deptt in haryana even after 8 years ,what should I do FIR in police or consumer forum? Can I get info from authority by RTI WHETHER my unit is approved for construction or not by telling my unit no.?
1)I have purchased a flat in Gurgaon. Paid all the amount ,registration and possession done. Builder is not giving important documents like Approved Layout plan(Map),Occupation certificate,completion certificate etc and saying we don't give to anyone.Pl. suggest 2)Is it necessary to to get Jamabani nakal of a flat so as to update ownership into government records.If yes how we can do this?

Approved layout plan is just a map that is stamped by the authority.
suppose a builder sell 5 to 6 floor out of 10 without CC & OC before 1 july 2017 and now he sale another floor on july 2018 so is he liable to pay gst ?
Sir, Occupancy certificate and completion certificate kewal approved zameen(plot) .ke liye hi lena padta hai ya non approved zameen ke liye bhi lena zaroori hota hai.kabhi kabhi koi builder ya developer village area ki zameen par project launch kar dete hai.village area ke project ke liye bhi occupancy and completion certificate len zaroori hai kya.
