The Obi Wan here is a post Order 66, early Empire variant. But this is how I'd think their discussion would go. A conversation between Qui Gon & Kreia would also be interesting, If you like to support my work: paypal.me/reubzdubz Instagram: instagram.com/voices.of.the.old.republic Join my discord server: discord.gg/6BbdADkr92

So, the reason he is so sardonic here is because the pain from the events from Revenge of the Sith are still fresh? That would explain a bit, if I may suggest.

Obi wan claimed that Revan fell to the Dark side, oh but so did Malak. it was the Jedi of THAT time that wiped Revan's mind and reprogrammed him as a soldier of the Galactic Republic Army, to fight in the Jedi Civil war. it was Bastila Shan that forged a bond with Revan, it was the teachings of Master Vrook, Master Vandar and Master Zhar that retrained Revan as a Jedi that took down Malak. did Obi wan forget THAT part of Revan's story? because I didn't.

  • @reubzdubz

'it is fortunate that he was redeemed, unlike you' I added that phrase. Though its very likely the Jedi twisted the story in their favor because Revan was a hero but he was more or less shunned by them once he started talking about core teachings such as marriage, etc. meaning the people of Obi's time don't know the full story.

@@reubzdubz a pity and look what happened. the Jedi denied Anakin the rank of master, turned on Ahsoka due the temple bombing during the Clone wars, accused Dooku of being a traitor, even took part in Politics. and yet none of them had a clue as to the threat that was staring them right in the face. a Sith Lord among the republic. The Jedi of Anakin's time repeated the same mistakes that the Jedi of Revan's time made. how ironic.

As much as I always loved Obi-Wan, he was dogmatic to the core. He was compassionate, but because he was made to be so. Some nature some training, but he was hardly empathetic. Not that he was incapable, but not to the same level as his fallen Apprentice. Kreia is right in calling him Naive. He isn’t stupid, just Naive.

Kreia hands down. Obi wan lost his cool being questioned in a way that overwhelmingly challenges everything he has ever known which is something he has never faced until it was too late. As Kreia mentions, he is naive. A good man, but naive.

Allow me to fix the opening: *Obi-Wan Kenobi* says: Well, well, well... Darth Traya, The Lord Of Betrayal, also known as Kreia Kenobi, or simply Kreia. The dark side is strong with you, as it was with your former student. It was fortunate that he turned from the dark side, unlike you. *Kreia Kenobi* says: Ah yes... Obi-Wan Kenobi, also known as Ben Kenobi, famed Jedi Knight, turned disgraced war veteran. But tell me, Jedi: Do you really think the light side is the only path to balance and enlightenment?

@@massacolonel5950 Ha! Good one! Kreia Kenobi and Arren Kae are two different people. Kae got exiled for having a child, and Kenobi got exiled simply for her beliefs. There may be many points proving that Kreia = Kae, but there are points proving that Kreia =/= Kae. Kae joined Revan in the Mandalore Wars, but Kenobi didn't. Milo Surik, a genetically altered human male (base character Meetra Surik), was the only Jedi who was confirmed to have stopped following Revan after the Wars. It shall be proof that Kreia =/= Kae.

It's a bit one-sided. Obi-Wan would performed a better debate. He is a role-model Jedi and is not called "the negotiator" for nothing. In truth Obi-Wan went beyond the teaching of the Jedi Order, he integrated the teaching of Qui-Gon, understood love and prepared the ground for Luke and his New Jedi Order. Both Kenobi and Yoda understood their mistakes - that's why they didn't train Luke. They didn't want to indoctrinate him.
