    This is such a delicious and mouth-watering oats smoothie recipe. This is really very easy to prepare, looks delicious & super healthy. One of my friend suggested me about a very Healthy and Clean Label Food Brand, True Elements and she is very happy about it. Tried this recipe using True Elements Rolled Oats and it turned out to be super tasty. Would highly recommend it to everyone. Do give it a try :)

What else one want :-) :-). Most of the smoothies have very less calories ranging between 80-100 calories. Do not use sweetener like Honey if you are very much calorie conscious.     Nice, easy, nutritious recipe. Will give this a try. But one query - if at all this smoothie is to be made for B'kfast then which fruits should be added and in how much quantity besides banana and mango. Secondly, why have you not added fruits in this recipe for dinner ? Please respond.

For breakfast you can add fruits like strawberries, kiwi, apple, pine apple, Chicoo etc. I do not prefer fruits in dinner as I believe that as per Ayurveda, we should consume fruits before evening only.     @@AARUMKITCHEN Thank you Meenakshi for your Prompt Response. Went through your videos and was amazed to see A Whole Lot of Oats and Smoothies Recipes. Will try your recipes as my Dr. has suggested No wheat, Only Millets ,no dairy products- not even milk due to certain medical reasons. So will try your recipes which have no milk or dairy products. If possible do share some recipes( for whole day meals ) which are made of millets, easy to make and less time consuming.

    Hello Meenakshi. I tried this recipe but minus cocoa powder . The taste was bland although i added 2 soft dates and 1/4 th. of mango ( Safeda). Now my query is why have you added Cocoa Powder and if it is not available( as in my case) then what else can be added? Secondly, how much ( ml) water have you added in this recipe. I followed your instructions but added water 100 ml. only. Is this quantity of water ok or i should have added more water. I have made this smoothie for the first time , hence no idea. Please respond.

What else one want :-) :-). Most of the smoothies have very less calories ranging between 80-100 calories. Do not use sweetener like Honey if you are very much calorie conscious. I suggest to drain oats water so that phytic acid is released which is a bit difficult to digest. In case you are trying to lose weight., do not add banana rather add apple or kiwi or strawberry or other fruits. Once you make it, please share your feedback.     It’s too much. Half tea spoon should be fine. Add honey for sweetness.

    Dear Himani, Welcome to my Channel! Hope you and family are fine and healthy. Oats ko roast karne ki jarurat nahi hai. Aap aise hi banao. Soak karne se smoothie perfect ban jati hai. These are homemade smoothies in which we exactly know what we are using. I mean no Dairy, no fat, no sugar. What else one want :-) :-). Most of the smoothies have very less calories ranging between 80-100 calories. Do not use sweetener like Honey if you are very much calorie conscious. Once you make it, please share your feedback. I will wait to hear back from you :-) :-) In coming weeks i would be sharing healthy food options and immunity boosting food recipes. Hope you will enjoy watching my upcoming videos too.
