Oat Tortilla Recipe - Healthy oatmeal tortillas
How to make 100% Oats Tortilla
Learn how to make these healthy oatmeal tortillas. A healthy tortilla recipe alternative to flour or corn tortillas.
Oat Tortilla Wraps! We promise you won't be disappointed.
The recipe makes 2 large tortilla wraps
INGREDIENTS
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup warm water
1/8 tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
a little oil
DIRECTIONS
1. Add oats and water to a bowl
2. Let soak for 15 minuttes
3. Add salt and baking powder
4. Blend for 1-2 cycles or until smooth (add water as needed)
5. Pour ½ of the batter into the hot pan and let it cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Don't be tempted to flip too soon or it will break! fry for 4-5 minutes on the other side.
6. Add your choice of fillings and enjoy!
