I tried this recipe. If it helps anyone out there, I didn’t have buttermilk, so I mixed 1 cup water+2 TBSP coffee creamer powder+ 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar. It’s what I had on hand. It curdles a little, so I just gave it a last stir before pouring in. I also added 1 tsp baking powder and used the stand mixer to mix. It was a soft on the sticky side mixture and let it sit for about 5 minutes. I used a large ice cream scoop to place on baking sheet. Got 9 biscuits that way plus a small one. They were really good and soft. Definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing this simple and easy gluten free recipe and for all the work you put into each video. 💜🧡💙💛💚

Hi Janet, I don't have a crockpot at home, so I don't use it on regular basis, but my mother have one and most of the time we use it for soups and chilies. The last thing we made was a stuffed cabbage leaves with ground meat and rice, it was pretty good. Anyway, I think you could make some of my recipes in the crockpot too, like turkey pumpkin chili, red lentil soup, sweet potato curry, black bean soup or black bean chili. My favorite definitely is a pumpkin chili with some avocado on top:) What's your favorite crockpot recipe so far?

Hi there Andrew! I think this recipe would work fine with almond flour as well, just not sure about how much of it, if you already baked with almond flour I guess you know the ratio. Anyway, if you try it out, let me know how it worked the keto way. Thanks for stopping by!

Hi there Lisa! These cheese biscuits turned out really good, now I can eat biscuits more then usual:) Yeah, it's all about the cheese, so you don't really need much to bring it together. Yes, in last couple of weeks I got lots of subscribers. It was all about one of my videos has been recommended and generated lots of views, I didn't do anything special, nothing I haven't done already. I think it's all about we keep publishing, until it happens. As I can see your channel is also getting more views in average, so you're going in the right direction. Looking over your channel I would suggest you try to improve your thumbnails, try using canva app, it really is a game changer when it comes to thumbnails. Thanks for your comment friend!

Hi Nikol! Wow, thanks for your kind words! Sure, milk combined with yogurt would be just fine for this recipe. Just to mention, the flavor of these biscuits is in the cheese, so go for the cheese (or cheeses) you like the most.

Hi there! I guess it's because of the different fat content of the cheeses, anyway just add some more oats and you'll be able to shape your biscuits without sticking to your hands.

@@HowToCookSmarter Thanks for the answer, I'll try it the next time. For my last try, I let the dough rest a little bit so it became a little firmer. I used cheddar cheese and overall the taste and texture of the biscuits was actually pretty good.👍
