Give $500 tickets for not cleaning up after dogs and also littering ( And I mean have cops patrolling for it) Arrest anyone publicly pooping. Round up the homeless and mentally unstable, and at this point put them in any available jail space until we figure out what to do with them. Only because a lot of them do not want to get help or refuse shelters which I understand. I will never be ok with paying taxes in a city that demands a heavy price if they are not going to properly care for it
