NY POLICE SGT. & LT. DO WALK OF SHAME! SLINK OUT THE BACK DOOR! EDUCATED 1ST AMENDMENT AUDIT FAIL!

Sean; when the police tell you that you are violating a policy, you should ask them if they have ever heard of Rosa Parks. She was arrested for violating a transportation department policy that black people had to sit in the back of the bus. Ask them if they would have been a part of arresting her for violation of a policy that was in direct opposition to the constitution. This is no different.

@@toddguillory692 that Constitution was like Kryptonite to them.
The way you responded to the Sgt who told you to step back was absolutely beautiful. You are one smart dude.
I am a big fan Sean!! Your calm demeanor is to be applauded. Your knowledge supersedes that of any LEO.. for all you do.. they still aren’t getting it. Keep on “schooling “ them .
Hi Sean, i love watching your audits even though i am not a US citizen.. i find this funny because probably they more follow the rules/policy than the actual law.. lol
I would have never known April was national poetry month without this video. 👍
"What crime is being committed" Hurting my ego bro.
Thank you, Sean!!
They act like we're not being filmed 24/7 from the time we leave our house. It's nuts.

This. We are filmed pretty much everywhere, from private buildings to public roadways and public buildings. When the script is flipped, they don’t like it.

Paul is a decent human being. Kudos to him for being cordial and level headed.
What you do makes me smile. You are so calm and cool !
“I’m not going to talk to you anymore bcuz you’re being silly” Gotta love this man 😅
The one female cop walks across the room towards you, walks close by you, then says you are making her feel uncomfortable being that close. Im pretty sure shes the one that got close to you, not the other way around. People sure are strange.

If she's uncomfortable because of a camera, she doesn't need to be a cop. Go work at a daycare lady

@@thetruthhurts131 Nah. It wasn’t about the camera. It was simply her wanting more personal space, because first of all, having a certain amount of personal space is really important for cops (they are after all walking around with a gun on their hip that anyone could grab if they want), and second of all, it seems like all of them were super into the whole “stay 6 feet away from me“ thing.

She walked up close to him in order to _walk past him in a narrow space._ He then followed her, keeping that same distance until she said something. He might have backed off a bit after that, or maybe she picked up her pace to increase the distance. I'm not sure. Either way, that is NOT one of the things she did wrong.
Your calmness is your strength! 👍
Imagine the amount of crime they could have been out preventing while they were wasting their time harassing you.
Paul was aces! Dude needs a promotion.
I like Paul… We need more people like Paul. Salute to you Paul 👏🏼 🇦🇺
So cool and calm. I’m impressed. Laughed out loud when you called the Sgt a jerk. Rightfully so.

Thank you for your service, education is the key.
Good grief! What a dismal fail from a police force. Congratulations Paul, you sir are a gentleman.
