if there was an all-USWNT season (past&present), that would be the first+prob only time id watch haha and it would be magnificent. love Sammy she would make the season really fun but if Akers was competing? I'd have to bet on her I mean cmon she won a world cup WITH chronic fatigue syndrome, there's genuinely no one tougher lol

Props to ManU, they did play a good game in beating Chelsea. But they also got some big assists from the ref. Ramirez suffered an MMA-level takedown right in front of the goal. Ref must've been checking her messages. Later, ref was again looking the other way and missed a screaming obvious hand ball in the box. Two penalty goal chances denied Chelsea. VAR not required for either, but as Emma Hayes said later there's nothing she could do about that.

I was really looking forward to Sam retelling of Marta’s goal for the Orlando Pride (the 200th Pride goal) but it didn’t happen 😢. Not sure why it was left out but it was such a goat moment! As for Chelsea, I don’t think it’s a coincidence that they’re missing some team leadership after Magda Eriksson left. But oh well, I still think they can win the WSL. it’ll be tough to beat Barcelona and win the CL, but who knows? Stranger things have happened :)
Hello Sam and Lynn. You mentioned before to watch out for Grace Clinton. Now that her club Manchester United made it to the final of the FA Cup, she will not be eligible to play for her loan team, Tottenham Hotspur. Can you imagine how it was winning a semi final, then seeing your club get through in the second semi, robbing you of a Wembley final, like you discussed?

Maria Sanchez was a restricted free agent so Houston had option to match any other deals she got… so maybe not as quick of a change in her opinion as it looks

Yeah. Houston had the chance to match. If she was morenunhappy i think they dont give her that contract rho. Instead i rhink they gave her the deal and promised her a complete squad. So far Alex Singer has done an awful job filling out the backline. Its embarassing

Same problem here with NC a real PIA since Paramount+ isn't covering them or offering replays. Sucks for those fans like me who cannot travel to ever see a live match.

I think she was willing to give him a chance if they did a reasonable job of filling out the roster. Dash have no starting CBs. I could see Maria being absolutely furious at that

Yes they did. Stoney saying they ddint is false. Everyone knew going into it that the champions are the team that wins the championship at the end of the playoffs

@@julianpeavy303 just say regular season champions vs postseason champions. gotham did not win the regular season, they did win the postseason. those are separate awards and the "league" refers to the regular league season.
