Life is a cycle and all life requires sacrifice of another. Plants don’t want to get eaten either and here we are once gone we also become food for another life- none of us get out of here alive and everything we have I life we only borrowing it for the time we’re here.

Mayo Clinic came out recently with a study that concluded that a vegan diet reduces your cancer-risk dramatically and that even a diet based on fish solely (no meat) has substantial benefits. Think I'll always be partial to some meat but I really try to limit it now and if possible try to buy more ethically-sourced meat. Stay safe folks and thanks for the video.

Human beings like to complicate things. Even within the WFPB community, the questions become "How do I get this, and that nutrient." Reductionist, as Dr. C says. I can only imagine a world where everyone is WFPB and a dr is for maybe catching babies, fixing broken bones, and helping disabled folks find a better life. That would last about a minute, because they'd want to complicate it, and focus on one aspect of a symptom. I even see it in my doc (NFP). She doesn't like it when I talk about not resorting to pharma, but doing better on my WF plan. It has worked out, when I figure out what to improve on, and things get better. Unfortunately, I've previously agreed to some meds, that only gave me worse side effects. Nothing works like my WFPB; no SOS eating plan. It's why I watch every thing I can on this way of eating. It helps me stay on track, because as much as I say I want to, it's easy to slip back into old ways. Thank you for this great video.

I love Dr Campbell! He’s just so amazing and I admire his constant dedication to informing us about how nutrition really is medicine! As Americans, especially, we really do need it bc we are some of the unhealthiest ppl on the planet. 😞 I just saw a new story of how many older Americans are now depleting their entire life savings or pay for nursing care and long term care bc we do such a bad job of keeping ppl healthy that by the time most reach age 60, we’re in such bad shape physically that we end up spending all our heard earned money over a lifetime on medical care. This has to change!!

I think it's also detoxification. The gut of most people are so damaged that they can barely absorb the nutrients from what they eat. Toxins hinders absorption and make the digestive tract sluggish. DETOX should precede nutrition. Sick People need to detox first, repair the digestive tract by making it rest. THAT WHERE FRUIT FASTING COMES. Fruits age great detoxifiers, plus they dont stress the GI tract so much because they are highly digestible, super hydrating, contains fiber and astringents. That's the thing that DR CAMPBELL failed to see.

Yes sir! Or mam.. no more IBS skin joint problems and obesity gone 12 months about 80 pounds lost blood work much better. I think vegan works for some however I think for many the health problems are so great cutting meat and fat out makes you in many cases very fat…. Food is a fuel and the fuel content doesn’t mean fat is fat! I think to many believe the paragon that fat is fat and don’t realize fat keeps you feeling fuller and your brain nervous system etc rely on it- cholesterol is such and important element as well it’s and essential element all your cells rely on it and it was originally vilified in studies brought to you funded by sugar industry in the 70s and many of the vegan studies are being funded by big pharmaceutical. Why? I’d say it’s not about your health.

Vegan cheese tastes like cardboard to me. Nutritional yeast provides a cheesey flavour, I use that instead, and don't miss real cheese after being addicted to it for many years, my health is far more important than that.

So much good then throwing in unproven stuff makes me unsure what parts to beleive and what not to beleive. I have Multiple Sclerosis and if a WFPB diet prevented or cured it I would not have it. I still think diet matters a great deal but to say it suspends or possibly cures it is just bull.

MS sometimes caused by aluminum poisoning. Some good Information in " Imagine You Are An Aluminum Atom" by Chris Exley. Aluminum poisons glial cells in brain and central nervous system which interferes with building and maintenance of the myelin sheath. Also you need cholesterol and don't need Aspartame. Good luck.

Good fats essential fatty acids or omega 3 supposed help Ms. Ms is when the fat in brain around the myelin sheath thin. Foods like avocado, raw organic walnuts sun flower seeds can help or prevent. It also causes ADHD because the message goes too fast down the axion and the person may not eat any good fat. People smoke marijuana to slow down the message.

@@CharleGodin Colin Campbell's China study, the most definitive study to date, proves that a plant-based diet is the optimum for humans. Dr. McDougall & many others have come to the same conclusion. There are some grandfather's that were heavy smokers yet lived to 105 years old. Does that mean that smoking is good for you? Does it mean that not smoking is bad for you??

    1. Ketosis and keto acidosis are completely different. 2. Ketosis was not just meant for "short term"....7-9 months of winter just eating animals to survive is not "short term" ketosis. Hilarious
