    Some great tips. For anyone who doesn't want to prepare all their meals for a tournament day they should at least bring some healthy snacks. Bring some nuts, granola bars, fruit, etc to supplement what you're going to eat with the team. The easiest tip he gives is to hydrate. WAY too many people complain about being tired and sore before the 3rd game. It's (partly) because they don't drink any water between games. After I made a point to drink a lot of water between games I felt a lot better and had more energy in the last games.

    How To Hockey Totally agree, and I would add, bananas, bananas bananas, Easily digestible and a Great source of energy! My go to back in my playing days.
