This was a game changer!! Mindful eating? Never thought about mindful eating as more than eating sustainably and putting your phone down while having a meal. It’s past midnight so I’m not eating more today but I’m going much more aware into my next meals than ever. Thank you!! ✨🍃

Meghannn, I just wanna say thank youuuu.. I don't know how to express my gratitude.. I was going through a hard situation and was taking things too seriously.. But through ur vdos i learned to find joy in simple things and I feel like I've got my life back, don't know to say how alive I feel now.. I commented on ur vdo recently that you taught me about mindfulness and honestly it changed my entire visions. You're such a life saver.. Thank you so so so muchhh.. Just wanna let you know that you're making this world a better place by making the human mind better.. Go on.. Lord will bless you abundantly for sure.. You'll be in my prayers each day.. Luv u🥰

I agree with everything in this video, great information! I love that you mention eating a varied rainbow-colored diet, this is something not enough people are talking about. I also loved how you mentioned being mindful of how full you are, most people eat until they are stuffed and that is so hard on the body! I love your channel, by the way! Thanks for helping to inform people on how to eat healthy! 🙂

The more you eat healthy the more ‘real nutrition’ ( essential aminos etc.) your body actually gets and often will eventually stop craving ‘empty calories’ because it is more satisfied and actually getting what it needs. Also eating healthy also helps to balance hormones, in general, and balanced hormones also is a way to help stop cravings.

I always watch your videos, but I don't think I ever commented. I've been reading about fat phobia for a while and as a nutritionist, and a fat person, it has been quite a revolution. Anyway, I just wanted to say that I really liked the way you approach the issue of nourishing ourselves well, especially when mentioning important aspects related to mental health and eating, and also how useless it is to be constantly counting calories, a bad favor that diet culture has done us. From the bottom of my heart: Thank you! Great video.

Hard to know how to get the crabs in - more than just with vegies and fruit - but not put on weight. Its hard to cut crabs down to like two Tbsp instead of 1/4 cup of oats for example, when you hungry.
