@@devic3524 then we need set of axioms (fundamental assumptions) to define different types of numbers like for natural number the Peano axioms define their property , including their existence, successor function, and unique ordering.and other axioms further extend these properties to define the other numbers such as real or even complex numbers . i defined natural no. for you in a simple manner as cardinality for you now u need define successor function and unique ordering and then after extending these properties u can define even complex or irrational no.
