Never in my life have I been attached to a homework edit but this upload has been helping me cope with workloads and stress since late 2014 and I don't think that's ever going to stop. Nujabes was an absolute legend of a musician and I'm glad I discovered his music because it definitely made my life a lot better.

I just heard it on a meme and went “hey, that’s Nujabes! Now I gotta listen to the whole song!” God, I love his music, so sad that he passed away. Helped us all see clearer, by listening to the jams of peace and enlightenment he made. RIP, bro.

My brother put me on Nujabes back in 2008, around the same time I was watching Avatar The Last Airbender. My brother always use to say Avatar was heavily influenced by Samurai Chaploo, one argument led to another and then I was introduced to Nujabes. So glad to see y'all here. I always forget how much this song helps me, everytime i think on being mean to someone because of something, they ghosted me, they left me on read after an important question, they cancelled a plan out of the blue when we both been excited to do this thing for weeks, i come to this track and just listen to it with my eyes closed and let the rythm carry me on, taking all those bad thoughts away and let me think things in a calmer manner and don't do anything rash

This song however got famous from reels and now comments are about a message which is very good but independent of nujabes. I remember when the top comment was from a dude talking about his brother who passed away. His comment was so beautifully written and I would always come back to this video to read it again. It’s gone now since the video has been re-uploaded and taken down so many times. Around the end of 2019, I started High School. I made careless mistakes and bad decisions then, and it caused me to be known poorly… and throughout high school some people’s perceptions of me never changed. I grew so much, but was only noticed by so many. During this time, I fell in love with this song. I would wake up in the morning and get ready for the day with this song playing. I would think about the girl who sat next to me, and our strange relationship - one affected by some of the poor decisions I made. I mean, I don’t blame her. I never did anything horrible or hurt anyone, I was just a bit “behind”. Not yet mature. Now, years later, hearing this song go across the internet has felt amazing. I forgive everyone. I had changed and was seen as a normal, happy person. I’ve always wanted the best for people. I forgive them not because they deserve forgiveness, but because I deserve peace. I have no enemies.

I've been in a situation similar to yours so I know how it feels. But like you, I have changed too. I figured it was best to move on, to start anew. Even though I've been hurt by "friends" and I have only one real friend, I decided to move on, focus on building my mind and body, and endure the rest of high school until university, where I can have the fresh start that I want.

same thing happened, but I forgive those who hurt or did not understand what I was going through, it sucks that something destroys your mind and your safest place is not a safe place after all, accused of being a creep and friends left me. I dont know when Ill be healed, so I just strive to move forward , improve myself more and didnt change to that traumatic event. I am broken af.

I remember when I had a phase where i’d listen to this song every single day for a month. I’d watch vinland everyday while at it, listen to this song in the morning or at night. Even after finishing the show, I’d listen to this mesmerizing piece.

What you hear is pretty much this: 4 slightly different drum beat loops 3 separable instruments ~8 instrumental/sampled loops. What you feel is an absolute masterpiece, a perfectly seamless loop that can go on and on for a whole day and never feel out of place. An amazing track. One hour of technical work for a mildly experienced producer, yet something so beautiful only a few would be able to create. That's art.

I used to hear this song repeatedly during my one of the darkest times 6 years ago. Trust me, things will get better and you will find your purpose in life. Pain and sadness is only temporary, trust the progress and you will grow. You will then realize that nothing will last forever, but that's life, it is what is it and you cannot change what is going to happen. Stop blaming yourself, stop worrying about what happened or what will happen because those are the things that cannot be controlled. What you can control right here right now is your mind. Learn to accept, learn to have fun with the small things, learn to enjoy your life under any circumstances, and that's the shortest way to reach happiness. I am now still sometimes being overthinking, but as long as you remember all these stuffs above, you won't get knocked down easily the next time that you fall down.

To my buddy Carl who showed me this song in highschool, Thanks for sharing this song with me. We were just babies back then but this little song reminds me of all those childhood experiences with each one of you, and it helped me get through till adulthood. Wherever you and the rest of my friends are, I hope you're all well, and I miss you guys. I no longer need this song to help me power through exam prep and late assignments, now I use this to remind myself of the times we could all just be boys, dreaming of beautiful futures, planning incredible journeys, and no idea where to begin it all.
