POV: You're mastering your mindset thanks to Shūzō Matsuoka.
I hope that this can make someone smile or maybe think about yourself.
I'm not going to say that I like mindset stuff, I made this video because I was bored, but also because I wanted to demonstrate that everything would fit well if it was mashed up with a Nujabes beat, even a speech of a guy that has anything to do with music.
Song: Aruariand Dance - Nujabes

“The power of now” echart Tolle I recommend this book highly. To find true happiness in life, you have to be fully in the present. Surrender to the present and say yes to life. When something happens, accept it fully. Remember that your thoughts are not you, the real you is the you that exists in this very moment. So embrace this very moment and practice mindfulness. Remember that 85% of our thoughts are negative and 90% are repetitive. So learn to detach your thoughts from your identity. Use your thoughts as a tool and when your not using it, put them away and be fully in the present

However, as children grow older, they experience more pain and suffering. When we look back at this man's videos as an adult, it brings tears to our eyes. Those of us who laughed at the time had no idea that this man would make us cry when we grew up. This man made us laugh, made us cry, and gave us courage and motivation. Thank you Shuzo, our hero. He is Matsuoka Shuzo, a professional tennis player turned TV personality. Known for his super encouraging words and became super famous for his overly passionate character (referred to as the hottest guy as in the opposite of being cold). There’s an ongoing joke (or a fact) about him for Japanese that whenever he’s away from Japan it’s oddly cold or raining in Japan. When there was a heatwave in some part of Japan he’s there. There’s even a calendar of him that he gives you an inspirational words for a day.

"I want to feel alive. Stake your entire life in here and now. Yes. If you stake your life now . Everyone. You will be ALIVE!" I relate so strongly to those words. I won't go into details here, but finding this video has been incredibly inspiring , it gives me the encouragement to go out every day, it makes me feel like I can achieve anything and that my efforts are worthwhile. Musicians are often met with a lot of negativity and people do not realise we are not creative machines . It is unfair to expect us to make music that makes the general public happy only. It is therapeutic to play my own compositions because I feel that I'm doing what I love when I'm playing my original music. ( only some of it is uploaded on KZread but I am not here to promote my music) Thank you so much. Sometimes, I need to remind myself what I'm working towards . As a music student, I sometimes become overwhelmed by the vast amount of knowledge available now. I believe that for myself, I want to focus on cultivating an attitude of determination, never ending perseverence , kindness, humility and to be as passionate as I can be. This video helped me a lot. Thank you so much to the uploader , and thank you so deeply Matsuoka Shuzo . His wisdom and motivational words kindle a 🔥 fire , burning bright in my heart.

I'm shocked because the original of these clips were not taken seriously but mainly consumed as a meme in Japan about 10 years ago. You can find thousands and thousands of his meme videos on the Internet. But 10 years later now, it is attached with Nujabes' chill beats and thousands of English praising comments are dominating this section. I feel a little strange and funny, but at the same time it is completely understandable considering how nice as a person he is. I respect the whole journey that brings him here. Of course he deserves all the praise and thanks. He is an amazing guy.

‏Dear recipient, ‏I invite you to read this message because it is very, very important. ‏We kindly request that you take a few moments of your time to read this letter because it is possible that this letter will open up a new dimension of your role a human being in this universe. We hope that you are a free, broad-minded person free from prejudice whose goal is to find the truth. Before we continue, let us declare to you the purpose of this letter - that it is an introduction and invitation to the lifestyle known as Islam. ‏SOME FACTS ‏Islam has approximately 1 billion followers known as Muslims who follow the final revelation to mankind, known as the "Qur'an", revealed to Prophet Muhammad about 1400 years ago. Contrary to the common misconception, only about 20% of all Muslims are Arabs, the rest are Indians, Indonesians, Bosnians,Africans,Chinese, turkish and so on . ‏WHAT IS ISLAM ‏Islam, unlike most other religions, is not named after any man. Instead Islam means the submission of one's will to the only true god worthy of worship "Allah" and anyone who does so is termed a "Muslim". The word also implies "peace" which is the natural consequence of total submission to the will of Allah. Islam is the religion that was given to Adam, the first man and the first prophet of Allah, and it was the religion of all the prophets sent by Allah to mankind like Jesus and Moses . ‏THE MESSAGE OF ISLAM ‏The most important message of Islam is the absolute Unity of God-that there is only One Supreme Being who has no partners and is not dependent on anyone or anything. He is the creator of everything and the whole universe is under His control. Since the total submission of one's will to Allah represents the essence of worship, Islam is the worship of Allah alone and the avoidance of worship directed to any person, place or thing other than Allah. In essence, Islam calls man away from the worship of creation and invites him to worship only its Creator. Allah is the only one deserving man's worship as it is only by His will that prayers are answered. Hence prayers to the non-living such as the sun, fire, and to humans whether they be Jesus, Moses or even Muhammad are rejected, as Allah informs us in the opening chapter of the Qur'an, known as Soorah Al-Faatihah, verse 4: ‏"You alone do we worship and from you alone do we seek help." ‏A Muslim believes that Allah and His creation are distinctly different ‏entities. Neither is Allah His creation or a part of it, nor is His creation Him or a part of Him. Ultimately, it is the belief that the essence of Allah is everywhere in His creation or that His divine being is or was present in some aspects of His creation, which has provided justification for the worship of creation. Islam, hence, is a clear call to the worship of the Creator and the rejection of creation-worship in any form. ‏THE MIRACLE OF QUR'AN ‏"And if you are in doubt as to what We [Allah] have revealed…then produce a Soorah (chapter) like thereunto"(Soorah Baqarah 2:23) ‏This was the challenge put forth by Allah in the Qur'an 1400 years ago. As of yet, none has or will ever come close to meeting this challenge. Hence, as a result, multitudes throughout the centuries have believed and continue to believe in the Qur'an as a revelation beyond any human capacity. Modern scientists, for instance, have been amazed by the accuracy of scientific information presented in the Qur'an. Here are just a few examples: ‏In his book of embryology-'The Developing Human' [W.B. Saunders Publishing, 1982], Dr. Keith Moore added a whole chapter to discuss the scientific accuracy of the Quranic discussion of this science. Another eminent scientist, Dr. Maurice Bucaille wrote in his book-'The Bible, the Qur'an and Science': ‏"I could not find a single error in the Qur'an…if a man was the author of the Qur'an how could he have written facts in the 7th century A.D. that today are shown to be in keeping with modern scientific knowledge" ‏Facts about astronomy, the animal world and other natural phenomenon, that were alien to modern science not long ago, are scattered among the messages of Allah's Unity and His Attributes throughout the miracle that is known as al-Qur'an . ‏WHAT ABOUT ALL THE OTHER RELIGIONS ‏There are so many sects, cults, religions, philosophies, and movements in the world, all of which claim to be the right way or the only true path to Allah. How can one determine which one is correct or if, in fact, all are correct? The method by which the answer can be found is to clear away the superficial differences in the teachings of the various religions, and identify the central object of worship to which they call, directly or indirectly. False religions all have in common one basic concept concerning Allah: they either claim that all human beings are gods or that specific individuals were Allah or that nature is Allah or that Allah is a figment of man's imagination. For example, Prophet Jesus invited his followers to worship Allah but those who claim to be his followers today call people to worship Jesus, claiming that he was Allah while Jesus himself would deny this as Allah says in the Qur'an: ‏"And behold Allah will say: "O Jesus the son of Mary Did you say to men, Worship me and my mother as gods besides Allah; He [Jesus] will say-"Glory to You I could never say what I had no right (to say')" (Soorah Al-Maa'idah- 5:116) ‏Even though false religions might teach some good things, they all, however, teach the greatest evil- the worship of creation. Creation-worship is the greatest sin that man can commit because it contradicts the very purpose of his creation, which is the worship of Allah as explained in the following verses: ‏"Verily Allah will not forgive the joining of partners with Him, but He may forgive (sins) less than that for whom so ever He wishes" (Soorah An- Nisaa 4:48 and 116) ‏"I have only created Jinns and men, that they may worship me" (Soorah Zaareeyaat 51:56) Why do I have to be muslim ? ‏Since the consequences of false religion are so grave, the true religion of Allah must be universally understandable and attainable, not confined to any people, place or time. Within the central principle of Islam and in its definition, lies the roots of lslam's universality. Whenever man comes to the realization that Allah is one and distinct from His creation, and submits himself to Allah, he becomes a Muslim and is eligible for paradise. This is the essence and the corner-stone of Islam: ‏"Laa Elaaha lllallaah" (There is no god worthy of worship except Allah) ‏Its repetition and the sincere belief in it automatically brings one within the fold of Islam and guarantees one Paradise. Thus, the final prophet of Islam is reported to have said, "Any one who says: there is no god but Allah and dies holding that (belief) will enter paradise." ‏Dear recipient, ‏I invite you to read this message because it is very, very important. Thus, the final prophet of Islam is reported to have said, "Any one who says: there is no god but Allah and dies holding that (belief) will enter paradise." (Reported by Abu Dharr and collected by Al-Bukhaaree and Muslim _________________ I hope to contribute to the publication to guide others on the path of truth. Because meme brought to you and teach you to laughing with something was not even funny. Actually i dont know the existence of originality this content, but i know from meme, but somehow thanks to this guy. Because one day when you get older you will never laugh again because you understand something, and you dont make fun of people, that maturity was for. When i was in high school i always get bullied and i do understand that feeling,it is more hurt rather than break with girlfriend,be protective and supportive to the weak, not bullying them.

If you’re too hung up on the past, you’re just going to end up with regrets. If you’re hung up on the future, you’re just going to end up with worries and anxieties. That’s why you should live in the present.

I feel like crap today cause of some things that have happened lately but hearing this makes me realize that I can't stay that way for long. Even though I'm going to be entering a huge new chapter of my life soon and despite how scary it may be, I feel less intimidated after listening to this. Thanks for the motivation, dude.

The way he says “hang on for dear life” reminds me of the cold uncaringness of the universe, how I am at its mercy and all I can do is accept it, but then a smile breaks his face, and I can see glimmers of a light, and as he goes on to say, “if you stake yourself here and now, you will be alive!” I feel an incredible heat rise within me as I glimpse the indomitable human spirit, and I am reminded of my and our infinite potential

I never quite understood the first clip when I saw it last year... But I always believed in what he said. I'd always go to sleep praying for my tomorrow to be better, and always had bad and good flashbacks of the past, criticizing myself for what an idiot I had been. Until I learnt to not expect... I felt the most alive last month when I finally learnt that tomorrow doesn't owe you anything, and you don't owe anything to your past. You're just the middle person in the present that can't control the future, nor can you change the past, what you do have is the present. The right now. And it's simple really, live selflessly, your tomorrow doesn't owe you anything and it could even turn on you and kill you, if you were to die tomorrow, how would you wish you'd have lived the moment you have right now? That's what makes me feel the most alive.

Nujabes, great music. Also, great words of wisdom from this man. He's right. When I live too much in the past or future, I get depressed and anxious and then I get scared. But if I center myself in the now, I am happy and I feel good and I'm unafraid.
