Hola Just returned from Bucerias last night!🇲🇽 Got residence card renewed at the INM NAYARIT office in your video!🥳 Checked out a few of the new projects, prices are high but got offered a $30,000 American reduction and car parking spot just before leaving the sales office. It's tempting! 🤔 Will be returning in a few months, to find a rental, and look for purchase

Elena, absolutely love Nuevo Nayarit. We usually go there for a month or two in the winter. Really like the area around Azulejos and El Tigre. All of the units in Azulejos where we usually stay were completely booked. Looked at other places near there but found nothing that checked enough of our boxes. I would really like to find something in the area to open up the possibility of moving there full-time.

Interesting perspective 😅 im not trying to make a dollar off of everyone. I run successful businesses. I also spend a lot of my time, for free, providing value to others, rather than making nonsense comments on creators videos. It’s really the trick - provide value and stay positive. Have a great day!
