​@@radroofer Some people fail to realize that, praying for marriage "restoration" isn't necessarily always the way to go. Sometimes, you're being delivered from an evil woman without even seeing it. This was my story from 1989-1997. I married a cheating, narcissistic, broken woman with a deep hatred for men. Even after our marriage and birth of our son, she had former "lovers" who she referred to as friends. A couple of them were in our lives, with weekend cookouts, throwing horseshoes and playing music. They became friends of mine. What I couldn't see (at that time) was the fact that, she was sadistically keeping them (psychologically) at her feet with the false promise of some eventual reconciliation. During our divorce, she did the same to me. In a few short years I went from a young strong working man, to a blubbering idiot constantly trying to "fix" her. *she used MY love for HER against ME* ! It literally almost killed me. Her narcissistic torture tactics physically, psychologically, and emotionally destroyed me, and it took about 3 years to recover. Now I'm celebrating 22 years with my wonderful (real) wife, and our 21 year old beautiful, awesome Christian daughter.

Pray for my son and daughters to be saved 🙏

I'm an idiot....no amount of talking me into belief would work. God just showed up with power and I was like" okay....you're real! I will follow You Jesus!"

The Holy Spirit does truly perform great signs and wonders still to this day. I have witnessed the miracle of my 1 month old daughter who stopped breathing, I placed my hand on her chest and exhaled and said "Lord, give her your breath" and she immediately took a breath. Praise God! She was completely healed and the doctors had even stated for how sick she got, she recovered incredibly fast. Most kids have recurring lung issues but her lungs are healthy and strong! Her existence is proof to me daily of Gods power and this miracle is firmly fastened to my belt of truth. ❤

I've been following Pastor Mark since the Peasant Princess series and always found him to be genuine and fervent for the Lord. I've really messed up and moved my boyfriend ( and father of my kids) into the family home.... Only to realize that we're not on the way to the altar the way I thought. Please pray that God will provide us the proper way out from this sinful situation, whether that be marriage, separation of living quarters, or separation in our relationship. I love him but pray for me to love Jesus more.

2 options - 1 be honest and ask both men to move out or Move out , but close by to this home . This was a bad decision and you wouldn’t your children to fellow . Get into the Bible .. sin happens when God is not leading us but we are fellow our Ct emotions ( which will lead us astray). I’ll pray for you to do the right thing , and risk the consequences.

@Esther Nail The boyfriend IS the father of her kids. (Just one guy) And, based on her request, she understands her mistake and is asking for prayer, not judgment. I have a friend who was living with her boyfriend - also the father of her kids - before she was saved. It took a while, but she was strong and made him move out. Yes, it's hard, but God rewards obedience.

Because Pastor Driscoll encouraged this, I'm going to ask for prayer here: I have Patellar tendonitis on both knees and weakness in tendons in my legs. I'd like prayer for healing. and if it's part of God's will--for the strength to persevere and allow my limitations to be used for his glory.

I was raised Catholic, got distant from God, got into the New Age Spiritualism, meditated on shrooms every weekend for like 4 months, saw the spirit realm, the devil played mind games with me… and now here I am. Jesus was always the answer and will be the only answer. I told the devil he was temporary. I am still crawling out of the new age, and towards Jesus. Getting my Bible in the mail tomorrow. Going to start going to church. The devil is sooo tricky. The only reason I even went to Christianity, is because I would never get any information about Jesus on my shroom trips. But I’ve used his name to get demons out of me and felt it. So I knew there’s power in Jesus name and whatever things I channeled, or realm I was in, they couldn’t speak or being his name because they were not of God.

I discovered Rev Driscoll 2 days ago and I really like him and this series...He said to ask for prayer and so I ask for my eldest son who is a drug addict and involved with a witch my 2nd son is married to one she thinks she is in commune with the Holy Spirit because she only seeks out the higher frequencies but she earns a living with taro cards and my son has visions but I think they come from her not the Holy Spirit.... my two younger sons believe in darwinism and not God...I hate what grade 9 science teaches....these men were raised in the church but fell away ...

Those who believe calls it, a miracle, those who refuse to believe calls it a coincidence!

I admit to looking up Pastor Mark and saw that the last church didn't like him. But when the specifics of why they didn't like him were oddly missing I figured it was because he didn't bow down to culture. Granted some of them said he was mean but what does that mean in today's world. So I decided to listen to his sermon. He pulls from The Book, gives context, then relates it to today. Yep, that's what a pastor is supposed to do. A good shepherd will offend some because the truth has a way of dividing people. Last thought is that tolerance is not a virtue.

In the late ’90’s I considered myself a ‘Human Secularist’ with Agnostic leanings, & a card carrying member of the “Southern California Skeptics Society". One day I was talking to a coworker, a sweet, young, Bible Belt gal w- a southern accent, about ‘picking men’ to date. She told me that before meeting up on a date she always prays, “God, please reveal this man to me” and just pays attention to what the man reveals to her about himself. Months later I had gone outdoors to smoke and gaze at the stars in the night sky. Gazing up at the stars I thought deeply about God, recalling my past childhood subjective encounters with God that challenged my Agnostic claims. I looked up into the sky and prayed, “God, if you exist, please reveal yourself to me”. As I prayed, instantaneously there was a bright flash in the sky like a giant camera flash. I asked, “was that a sign?” and another bright flash appeared in the sky. Confirmed! I looked & listened for any aircraft (this was in the ’90’s), I wasn’t near a flight path, there wasn’t an explanation, but it didn’t matter. Even if there were a simple explanation, the very fact that it happened at the exact moment I asked, not once but twice, was enough for me to be absolutely convinced that God exists, God is listening, God answers prayers. He’s both Omni-present & Omn-iloving.

Im late to finding you. ❤ your teaching and heart for families. Keep up the awesome work. Yes, God is a supernatural God on our natural life. I have had MANY miracles from the Lord.

At 48:55 a faint "GPS signal lost" voice completely tripped me out

Please pray for my relationship, my girlfriend of 3 years doesn't know Christ. My faith 3 years ago wasn't what it is today. 6 months ago my faith was rekindled when I prayed for a friend over the phone for healing. I also have two young kids 6 and 9.

God showed up in my life and I gave a shout out in prayer at my Alter call only to get smacked down a year later in which I was struck from behind at a traffic stop on my way home from evening church service the wreck disabled me for the rest of my life here on earth this being said I’m sure this has dumb found my walk with Jesus and drastically cut my time down here on earth as I have suffered in constant pain since the accident due to not being allowed to get proper pain care treatment due to the war on drugs and the opioid crisis. War is the number one money making machine ever invented

Cessationist here. Cessationism is a dimmer and not a switch. It does not teach that God is limited, only that His relationship to us has changed. We don’t have to sacrifice animals anymore to cover our sins, and God does not grant miraculous apostolic sign gifts to humans. To humans. God can do whatever He pleases.

Yes God can do as HE pleases,including setting the 5fold ministery in His church. Those who believe His Word to be true and practice what His Word says. The reason for the apostate church is because of the misinformation that God doesn't bestow His Holy Gifts on His Church anymore.

If you can tap into- use- access a spirit ___ it is not the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit can can do any thing - including using us.

Cessationism does not say the Holy Spirit can not or will not act.

Listen to the audiobook (or read the book) “Return Of The Gods” by Jonathan Cahn. I just listened to it last week. You won’t think it’s “a stretch” if you read/listen to that book.

How would you really know if you have captured the supernatural power? Wouldn't you have to ask Jesus and wouldn't he have to answer you?

Miss Elizabeth, I'm glad you've been sorted from the doctrine of telling God what He can & can't do. And that you've never been told that your husband is doing because y'all don't have enough faith. Let me assure you it hurts. You don't think you can hurt much more, but then you go to prayer knowing if it's within God's good plan, there is healing. Only to be blamed by the pastor when God chooses another way. Not all WOF leaders are guilty of this, but enough are to form this view as a common opinion of WOF. I know Mark likes to refer Jezebel as an example, but please be wary that this spirit has long existed from the beginning when Adam and Eve was created. The important lesson here is not to identify and cast out these spirits, but rather as men to be the royal priest, king and prophet in the areas of each individual's dominion by imitating Christ. I've noticed even Godly Christian couples can fall into the spirit of Jezebel and Ahab when men don't lead same goes with the case of Adam and Eve.

His interpretation of cessationists is far to simplistic. Most that I know, simply say that the apostolic gifts/authority have ceased and perhaps the work of prophecy due to the completion of scripture... But that the Holy Spirit can and does in fact work today, in his might and power, performing many supernatural works as He sees fit not the least of which is the bringing of the dead sinner to spiritual life in Christ. Classically speaking it would be called the ceasing of sign gifts. I have almost never met a cessationist that believes that the Holy Spirit does nothing supernatural today. Those are hard to find.
