Going into my 2nd tournament season with the pursuit and love it overall. First tournament with it took 1st place. Bought with intention of putting a xi3 on it but changed my mind being so easy to paddle being able to maintain 3.5 to 4mph without wearing you out. The rod tube storage is awesome. Being able to get 2 rods in each tube (8 total) makes storing them while traveling a breeze. And being 6'5 the 13.5 ft is where its at. Great video here for someone thats undecided.

Thinking about buying a new old stock 2019 pursuit webt from a biggest 105 modded out with trolling motor and the works then just bought a perception outlaw 11.5 and am modifying it currently but the pursuit i think will be better for my fishing wanting something to take off shore and have good capacity and stability alot of customization options for the pursuit so ill be picking it up next week.Appreciate the video keep up the good work.

I traded in my Lure 11.5 for a 2020 Pursuit and I love it. Paddles fantastic and I boarded it every time without stepping into the water by just pushing off and stepping in.

Hey Chris, great video. Do you know if Nucanoe addressed the deck flexing in the frotinwr 12 2021 model?

I wish they would make the frontier in a 14 foot model. Make it wider for more stability, larger weight capacity, and stronger bow for a larger engine. Tell them that idea and they might make it happen.

Bought a frontier 12 last year. Gotta say I love it. Super stable and to be able to customize so much stuff on it is great.

Same here love it except on wind with rough seas

I also heard that the 2021 Frontier 12 has more plastic added to the deck to alleviate deck flexing issues.

I have been set on purchasing Sea Ghost 130 - and then I stumble on your NuCanoe videos. Thanks for confusing me. I think I'll probably get both and we [myself and the girls] can swap in and out of them whenever we wish. I have to look for some videos with the NuCanoes set up for tandem paddles. Love your stuff - new to channel. The NuCanoes are just so versatile. An expensive first kayak, but you can go in so many different directions with one. Awfully attractive...

With the reveal of the unlimited recently and that being where all the coverage from nucanoe is being focused right now, do you know of any improvements that have been made to the frontier 12 model? Such as with the flex in the deck floor? They state that has been eliminated in the unlimited. I imagine from it having 7 scuppers holes.

To be honest, I’m not sure. I believe that is next steps, but I don’t know if they have been made yet. I’ve ordered an unlimited but will not be replacing my f12. I still love my f12 even with its flaws. They really aren’t as bad as everyone makes the seem, and can be remedied fairly easily.

I am 6'4" 250 lbs and want to fly fish from a kayak. Would these both be able to handle me standing to cast?

Would the pursuit be good for a 200lb man with 2 60lb dogs? Lol I know the frontier does fine because I have it.

I have a 70 pound dog I want to bring with me fishing. Which one would you recommend for room and stability. Thanks.

Either would work. One of the reasons I bought a pursuit to bring my one or both GSDs with me. Each is 65-70lbs and I'm 250 and no issues with them on the Pursuit.
