Ignoring the fact that Brian kept hitting poor Nubs in the face... ^_^ This is an incredible story! I thank him for his initiative and determination to help/save this dog, specially when he himself had many other things to worry about, like his own safety. I do love animals, I even considered becoming a vet, but I'm bad at math (Ironically, I discussed this with a vet many years later and he said math was a but a tiny part of his DVM degree). I remember learning about Nubs some time ago and being so grateful that so many people loved him enough to bring him to a safe, loving home. And I believe there is an especially hot corner of hell for people who abuse animals. ;-)
