Hi Pete hope you are keeping well mate as you seem to be a bit quiet lately🤔both guns here look like they are pretty good value for money but as you say the NVE is the better gun as it's a bit faster than the YT160 and it looks like it lays the base a bit smoother but I think either gun would be great for a beginner👌from what I can tell on the video the spray pattern looks better on the NVE as well👍 I remember when I borrowed your NVE and the copy ProLite I thought the NVE was the better gun and that the ProLite wasn't really worth the asking price🤔 My next tank should be up later today and I've used a different mini gun for the base and clear😎cheers mate👍

Hi John, I think you would probably agree that the NVE sprayed better than your Rongpeng R500? There were a few things that made me do the video, the NVE is now much cheaper and a few people have messaged me saying they have had seal problems with the NVE after a while so just keeping people up to date really. All good here mate, been really busy, so I'm not as active as I should be, but obviously, I need to keep the bank topped up 😅 Will keep a look out for your post later. Cheers, mate 👍

Oh yeah without doubt Pete the NVE is a far better gun at laying the clear compared to my Rongpeng R500 it does have it's uses though as I liked the way the R500 laid my WoW primer and it's not to bad for my solvent basecoat I haven't tried it for water based basecoat though. So long as you are ok mate but as you say you need to earn some dosh so you can buy all those lovely spray guns😄something I don't have to worry about but I still can't afford all the guns I want to get🙄👍

Hi Lesli, There's a few ways of going about it but I thought I would mention it as quite a few people in conversation mention things like, "I'll do the base coat this weekend and clear the next weekend or one tonight and the other the following night, sure it would work but you compromise longevity big time, cheers buddy 😀

When it comes down to the overall appearance of the job, that was the Reason why I have been, experimenting,with the AEROPRO, I think IWATA Split NOZZLES are just Superb,like you said in your video nothing wrong for as longevity of the AEROPRO, it just needs Tweeking with the Split Nozzle and a little Tweaking with the cap,I just like to Profect Things,PORPHIS 717 VS,I LOVE ❤️, I STILL LOVE TO MESS AROUND MY TOOLS AND SEE IF I CAN MAKE IT BETTER

Hi Joel, I think the answer is yes and no. As far as I know, or have you been able to ascertain, the patent can't be enforced in China? If the government doesn't want to enforce it, how can it be? I guess the same applies to Taiwan as they make a few split tip gun's

I get they're inexpensive tools, but still a disappointment that relatively priced parts aren't available for the NVE. I suppose one would find it's somewhat justifiable to move on after it's done, but it's also a waste in materials to throw it in the bin for something simple. Hopefully, they will offer spare parts one day..

Hi Boss, Yes, I completely agree. These parts are relatively cheap and could easily be made available but just aren't. There's a guy that watches this channel and he tells me I should get an Aeropro A608 as they are very good, I haven't because it has the same seal as the Gti Pro Lite and this NVE and there is no spares available, it not expensive but its not cheap so I just don't want to take a chance. @peteshobbies5383 What's ironic is that some of these copy guns sell not too far under the lower tiers of ANI & Devilbiss, which have repair parts. Go figure... Keep up the good videos!

@bosshawg7427 Especially ANI, they even offer a service kit for there GF3, a 35 dollar gun, and, the kit is about 8 USD, even the ANI F200 Skull guns you can get a service kit for around 25 USD, that's one of the reasons I rate them, they work well and can be serviced for moderate cost, happy days 😉, cheers Boss ✌️

@bosshawg7427 OMG 😲, I've never seen them, I don't think they are copies. I think they are the real thing. I can only find them in Poland, though 🤔
