In this video I'll show you how I UPGRADED my NP203 transfer case input shaft from 27 to 32 splines to mate up with the new Turbo 400/TH400!
One last step before we can get this drive train reinstalled and back to truck stuff! Dont worry I paint it later!
I'll show you how to disassemble, reassemble, replace gaskets and seals for this transfer case. The process is similar for an NP205, NP208 and other cases in your Chevy, Ford, Dodge truck Jeep or other 4x4.

This is the only video on youtube that shows how to tear one down. With this video, and the other one I found that shows how to put it all back together step by step, I think I can rebuild mine. Thanks for the upload.

done a frame up 75% atm restoration and still using the np-203 th350 that came with the truck. The np203 is part time converted and runs fine I have never abused it tho. I am having to drop the Holley fuel tank for the 5th time Never use a Arm float style fuel sender from them they come with a tiny spring that goes bad quickly. Hoping to take the truck out to Okanogan this year. I would of blasted and cleaned the every part of the transfercase before putting it back together.
I’ve never had an issue with the chain driven transfer cases, even in my Jeeps NP231.
