Hi Ashley! Thank you so much for all the information you provided on all your videos! I am strongly considering Vanderbilt! I am filling out the application, however, I am confused about a couple sections. There is a two sections one has 3 questions, and the other statement of purpose. How can I answer these? I felt like they are asking the same thing. When I started filling out the 3 question section I am writing like it is my statement of purpose. Thanks girl! I have been struggling with my personal statement. In simple terms I am looking to become a family nurse practitioner for a reason similar to you. I want to help women of color and this who are under served as well. I didn’t know how to put it into professional terms but I think following up with statistics is a great idea. I am interested in applying for an associate degree as a Registered Nurse. I also need to write a personal statement but i don’t have experience maybe only as a volunteer i bave huge passion to become a Nurse but i just can’t seem to start and put that in words! Especially that i am carrying a bachelor degree in Business! Which is totally different but i figured that its not what i want to, i wish i cud get ny help with that

XclusiveChiq hey I was close to one of my nursing professors because we went on a week long trip with other students for community health and she always said she would write recommendation Letters for us and same thing with my clinical instructor. Both of them had previously written me a recommendation letter for my new grad residency back in 2015 so I was able to save their recommendations and email them back to them with my current resume just to update my recommendation letter. It’s always important to have a good relationship with at least one professor and one clinical instructor
