30 page analysis? Dang, My doc basically said "well this sucks, its a new normal" and won't even follow up on my symptoms. 😅 Since med graduation, I'm just tryna take matters into my own hands and research, cause healthcare where I am sucks lol

What is the tests to need to take to figure this out cuz I've been in the hospital 3 times in 5 months due to collapse most Drs say I have pots but every time they test me at the hospital they make me stay in a bed the whole time cuz I'm a fall risk so they never get to see what happens when I get up and down and I'm getting frustrated and scared cuz when it gets bad I feel like I'm dying and worried this is gonna be the last time. Please help me

Yes and no… larger muscle density will help blood flow. But the symptoms are there regardless it’s just a vicious cycle when you do less activity and lose blood mass and circulation.

It happens to pro-athletes too it's a problem with the automatic function of the body, not a problem of energy. To be able to exercise the POTS often needs treated.
