Very intellectual approach you shared!! But, I have a question .. what if Manager and HR both agree to release the resource before notice period but client does not??

If you mention that notice period is 2months .....ur chance of shortlisting for interview will decrease

I got notice from traffic police because of not wearing helmet the validity of time given to fill the fine is only 7 days unfortunately, I am unable to pay money at the given time so what should I do now the due date has been over... Do they ask for a penalty if they ask how much would be that.?

Aapi apne manager se kaisi baat hai us per depend kerta hai. Ager sahi hai to bol do ki sir mai do din gher se hi support kerunga because koi bhi bhaana ker do Or dusri company mai join ker lo. But complication hai to releving letter ki date jo ki aap ko shaayad se next company mai dena hoga so plan accordingly

If you have completed your notice period that you are free to do anything but just discuss once with HR about this. and raise your consern

@@smithamb7261 in noida branch they are having pace hr portal and there is a e resign option which you will submit and the request will be transferred to your manager now he will assign you NP and LWD and then you will get FNF within 45 data

Update: They provide the experience letter to me over email address with respect to my last working day. I counter back with an email.. Please process the procedure to take company laptop back or tell me how to return it.. after deducting its cost from the final payment,then only I will pay full and final cost on me. After deduction its around one month salary. But they didnt replied to my email and laptop is still with me.I have joined another organisation.

If i say 3 month compulsory then they won't conduct any interview

I think nahi pooja, because aap company se jaane kaam decided ker chuke ho so koi bhi jis ko aap exclate keroge vo koi bhi aap ki nahi maanega. Aap ko ager en logo se koi documents nahi chaaheye ho to aap direct company chod sakte ho otherwise aap apne manager se hi koi help le sakti ho ki aap ka manager hi bol de HR ko ki pooja ki jrurat nahi hai. Direct HR shaayad se aap ko help nahi krega.
