Its amazing how the color of the bass changes. Im in north east Florida and ours are darker with more pronounced stripes. Nature is awesome 👏👍

Now I want to get a couple dozen feeder goldfish and flip them around a 5 acres lake I fish. I mainly catch large Bluegill to eat out of it but I know it has huge Bass, Crappie and Cat in it. I love these different types of videos with multi species catches. Good Job !

Happy to see a fellow Houstonian doing well on KZread, but I hate the idea of goldfish for bait. I just don’t think a live invasive species should be used for it. Not a knock on you bubba! If it’s legal, it’s legal. Govt needs to get their act together. Stay hydrated out there! If this was within the last week, it’s been nothing but high 90’s and some triple digits. Already melted two pairs of flips flops on the pavement ;)

Didn't know goldfish were so effective in catching so many different species including that monstrous tilapia. Also, love how much wildlife is in that area, especially the over 30+ whistling ducks constantly judging your every movement. Great video and I'm super happy for you and your Denali sponsorship. Question: I noticed you took down the video of the guy who got hit in the face by the lure, is there any particular reason for removing it? Love the videos!

It is illegal in Florida goldfish will take a pond over. Then the birds will carry everywhere before you no it goldfish will take all your lake's over

I wasn't aware of that. I've always read that it's illegal. In the southern part of Texas at least. I know he's from the Houston area as am I. Ive known people that fished with them. But always thought they were just being rebels. Lol. It's illegal to release them in these bodies of water. So I figured it'd be illegal to fish with them. Because you risk the chance of releasing one here.

It's legal, local creek has a good school of em now. Keep the bass and crappie happy.

I wouldn't use gold fish. There are an invasive species. And would dominate waters they can breed in, destroying other fish life.

There are already in this ecosystem, life has not been destroyed (carp and goldfish have proven not to be destructive in South Texas as originally thought)

@ Wild Life, im sure you are the expert. But after recently watching and discovering that goldfish are invasive species. We as Americans, i just think we should stop having goldfish at pets, and bait. And I understand that they have already invaded, but why add on to the problem at hand.
