The problem commenced when Eve ate that forbidden fruit and Adam participated in the rebellion, inspired by the Serpent (Devil) but still the choice made by Adam and Eve. This video may sound good but this didn't work for me, really. After reading some Buddhist and ancient Hinduism books (Gitas), even threw away many Video tapes (VHS was back in the day), my expensive gadgets, started reading Psycho-analysis and positive thinking but sure didn't really work. Felt even more lost. But Jesus did really help - Fact: I prayed and helped me to abstain from a specific addiction that I wanted to be free off. And it worked to focus on the teaching of Christ. All in all, it's up to you what you choose. One thing I agree with this video is the Mario Nintendo analogy but I disagree with the mind being the supreme superself to escape this reality. The reality is caused by the fall of Man as I mentioned earlier. That's my belief. And in the words of one of the Gita's word: choose as thou will! Still have those esoteric books and Gitas and Zen but don't read them! As Bruce Lee (李小龙) indicated, once you see and realise the sky, you don't need the idea of the finger that was used to point it out.

No matter where you live on earth, what color your skin is or what your religious beliefs are, we are all the same immortal spiritual beings of light, who love and cherish one another. We may all look different down here on Earth from our physical appearances, ect but underneath we are all the exact same light beings living on a different plain of existence where we come from. We are all cosmic souls from another dimension, where time and space doesn’t exist. When you agreed on to come here, you have knowingly, willingly and intentionally forgotten where you’re from and again, who you are, so that you may learn important lessons about love and life in your current physical form, in this primitive three dimensional environment. Loving your brothers and sisters in Christ to grow your spirit, soul, frequency and vibration is the number one lesson and reason for coming here to Earth. Having compassion and helping each other is right up top of the list, with love as to why we’re here and our main purpose. All 8 or 9 billion people on Earth, are actually from one collective source of energy, and that source is the creator of all things large and small alike. We all have a frequency that resonates our vibrational energy that’s operating in the 4th and 5th dimension, when we’re back in our true form. I’ve heard the dimensions go all the way up to 11, possibly higher, but that’s reserved only for Jesus and God and those souls existing in extremely high frequencies. Your Earth bound consciousnesses and soul are one in the same, Earth is not your true home, it never has been. The place your consciousnesses goes when you die, is going back to your ‘real home’, it’s simply a matter of closing your eyes here and reopening your eyes there. It will feel instantaneous to all of us, plus we’ve done it many, many times before. There is absolutely no reason to fear death, if anything you should look forward to it, because it means your getting to go back home. Please don’t try and cut your life short though, suicide is not an option I’ve heard, but you need to seek that information out for yourself and just what is required to enter into ‘heaven’ is another one you’ll have to figure out for yourself. I’m not going to even pretend to have a full grasp on either one of those. I’m only talking about when it’s your time to go back home, you should be excited about it. We will all witness and experience this transformation of going from the physical body back to our spiritual bodies, if you will, when your going back home from this life and existence. Again, one day you will all see that every person on this planet comes from the same realm of existence and have been around, since time immemorial. You have lived many, many, lifetimes through out history by reincarnation, hundreds or possibly thousands of times. More than likely, you have been every race, gender and lived from every time period going back to the very first humans. Again, you are immortal and have died many times throughout history. They never taught about reincarnation in church when I was growing up so this took me some time to fully grasp and understand or even believe. My family never spoke of reincarnation, so I imagine they didn’t know anything about it either. Every time your soul comes back to Earth, you and your soul guardian will pick your life’s ‘blueprint’ of what you’re going to learn and accomplish, one time you may want to be a famous singer, the next time you may have a reason to see what it means to be a homeless person or something along those lines, it all depends on what your soul needs at that particular point and time. You even get to choose who your parents will be ahead of time as well. You’re not meant to just know this or remember this even though a few do. You’re meant to discover this throughout your life and learn lessons from it. If everyone was just told what they had to do, or easily remembered, you wouldn’t be able to properly get what you needed out of life and you would rush to get back, because once you know the truth, it’s hard to not think about it constantly. Our real, cosmic space bound, multidimensional home, is beautiful beyond imagination and scope, probably why some call it ‘Heaven’. There are colors that you’ve never seen before and can’t even imagine or even begin to describe most times. Your ‘new’ five dimensional eyes can see colors that your human eyes can barely perceive or comprehend. Also, you can even see all around you at once in a 360 degree circle. You can pass through walls since your soul is at a higher frequency. You’ll be able to know anything about anyone just by looking at them and flying or floating around will feel as natural as walking does here on Earth. The things you’ll be able to do are simply amazing. You can go out into the cosmos and visit just about anywhere you want to go without having to worry about breathing or getting hurt. Hurts my human brain just thinking about all the wonderful things that are going to change when we get back home. That my sisters and brothers in Christ is merely a fraction of the wonders that awaits us. You’re just a beautiful being of light that is one with the universe, quite literally. Communication is done telepathically, you travel from one place to another at the speed of thought. Also, if you’ve ever dreamed of flying it’s because you’re remembering doing it back home. If you want to travel the slow way somewhere, you can just simply walk or fly, instead of instantly thinking yourself to your destination. Sometimes your dreams are merely you remembering one of your past lives or families you’ve had. People you don’t recognize in your dreams are more then likely past husbands, wives or kids, ect. You have what is called a ‘soul group’ of beings around 25 or so, that you interact most frequently with and incarnate with on a regular basis and are the closest to. Your daughter in this lifetime may have been your grandfather in another and so on. It’s really mind boggling when you stop to think about all the possible combinations there are. I’ve heard even your pets you’ve had in the past are there waiting for you. We are here for many reasons but once again, the primary one is to love one another and to bring joy and happiness to all that we can with the time that we’re given. To learn humility, kindness and yes even stressful things in life need to be learned like what it means to be unhappy, lonely, burdened, ect. It’s what makes you a more productive, positive, rounded being. Some things just can’t be learned in the afterlife because it’s so wonderful and everything is perfect. No pain, no loneliness, no sadness or stress. Praising Jesus and glorifying his name. Trust me, Jesus is the jackpot in life, not getting rich or having a fancy car or being a movie star. You can have all those things as long as you don’t put them first in your life or begin to worship them. You can still have a great time in life and still be one with the Father. You get to decide with free will, the lord wants you to choose him, the alternative is not something you want to ever consider. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience, not physical beings having a spiritual experience. We never die and we’re never truly born, upon returning to Earth our soul inhabits a new infant body with each incarnation and at that point is when your memory is reset, so you’re able to start fresh and begin your learning from scratch. Everything you do before coming to Earth is all preplanned and carefully thought out ahead of time. Don’t worry though, each time you cross back over after the death of your human body, all your previous knowledge, wisdom, experiences and history is instantly downloaded back into your mind like a computer program. There may be exceptions on the amount of time, but for the most part we inhabit the human infant just days before birth, not months and months like many people believe. The infant human body is merely an ever evolving vessel for learning and growing our soul-consciousness. Once you leave it for good, you will never think of it again. It’s like taking your dirty clothes off at the end of the day, you don’t miss or think about those clothes, there just clothes. That’s the way it is for your body, once it’s off and your done with it, you won’t care or think about it ever again. If you come back you’ll get a brand new one anyway. Coming to Earth may seem like an eternity but In the grand scheme of things, it’s like dipping your toe in the ocean for just a micro second. Plus time doesn’t exist on the other side, you instantly know and feel it upon crossing over. For more information on all this, look up the episodes on KZread with the subject matter discussing - Near Death Experiences - and personal individual testimonials of those who have experienced death for a period of time, then was revived. Watch as many of them as you can because you will get a broader, more detailed understanding of what it’s all about and what’s to come. Look for the episodes of the people that died giving their own testimonies, instead of someone else telling their testimonies for them, it’s much better when it comes from the actual people telling their own stories. It will give you a complete sense of peace and security for all things in your life. You will become exponentially more loving and compassionate towards people in your family and the ones you meet in everyday life situations. SR really shut downs the chattering mind to an extent, and show you the present, which is momentary in nature.. memory kinda gives you the illusion of continuity!!

Make it a lifestyle.. For starters, aim for a month and the momentum will help you to achieve a higher streak.. 1, learn about spirituality(non duality).. we have all heard about spirituality ,( I have been practicing it, but shit always happened, because I wasn't practicing SR.. SR is pre requisite for spirituality, normally these gurus won't talk about it, cuz they will lose their customers. You don't have to be spiritual 24x7.. A bit of knowledge is enough.. Practicing SR is the highest spirituality). 2, A bit of breathing exercise (pranayam) or The Wim Hoff method.. 3, Morning walks or working out 4,cut off drugs from your life ( weed is a villain), cuz it will make you horny(relapse)... 5, stop eating non veg stuff if you can (less temptation you will feel).. 6, Start using fluoride free toothpaste , helps to decalcify the pineal gland .. If you are following these steps, you will hear a buzzing sound, maybe after 2-3 weeks, bit like a pressure cooker whistle from your head.. Just don't get alarmed, it just simply means your pineal gland is active.. It's somehow emitting this frequency.. kinda becomes your bff(lol) Wish you good luck on this journey ❤️

This is a great video, reading "The Power of Now" years ago changed my life. I do have to add that using these techniques after eating 5 grams of Psilocybin can be even more life changing than you could ever imagine. To experience Ego Death, and realize that the consciousness inhabiting your body is the same consciousness inhabiting all of life in the universe. We are all one in that way, separated and individualized through the body we are born into and the Ego that is formed through our experiences and influences.

I was walking in the wintery forest in deep snow while listening to this from my earbuds. I laid down in the snow under a large tree, and watched as the branches swung in the wind and the wind carried snow in the air and felt the snow fall gently on my face. I shed a tear to all of the beauty. Thank you for this. It was beautiful, and a great reminder to remember to breathe and ground in to the present

Its 40th day, Ialways put other opinions above mine, thinking that I had low self esteem and was addicted to people, drugs cigarette gambling etc. I QUIT EVRY ADDICTION, I MEAN EVRY ADDICTION WAS 40 DAYS AGO (COLD TURKEY) AND STARTED GRINDING TWO TIMES A DAY, I FEEL THE ENERGY NEVER FELT AFTER CHILDHOOD AND IT GOES UP EVRY DAY😮

One thing we need to keep in mind during this journey of self realization, higher consciousness, or whatever you want to call it. It is that this life is not simply a game, but a sort of proving grounds where we have chosen to come through this school of life to better ourselves in something we may lack above. For example, one who is hateful, could have chosen to be born in a family full of hate to experience that hate and becoming loving.

The present will inevitably become the past. Based on your own logic of how you titled this video, the present shouldn't even matter all that much either because it too will become the past. To say nothing matters outside of the present is an unproductive all-or-nothing mindset to have. Both the past, present, and future, all matter equally.

When you read a book, that book was written IN THE PAST. The book is a reflection of the author's PAST beliefs, whatever topic the book may be about. Sure, it is obviously best for the person who's reading the book to stay in the present moment while reading in order to grasp as much of the information as possible, but you likely fail to recognize that the only reason why that book exists is because of somebody else's past. There is a very important relationship with the past, present, and future, but the comments section in this video as well as other stoic-promoting channels completely belittles their correlation. A book is a reflection of the author's past, because it was written in the past. Even this very own KZread video is a reflection of someone's past beliefs, because it was created by someone in the past. In fact, every YT video is a reflection of someones past, unless you're watching someone go live, of course. If the past genuinely didn't matter to you, why would you scroll through YT, looking at content that was almost exclusively MADE IN THE PAST. I thought the past doesn't matter? It's very ironic. Here's a hypothetical: if someone "ceases to exist" any longer and dies, does that mean that the dead person doesn't matter? This demented belief that the past "ceases to matter" simply because it is no longer the present can, in my opinion, result in a lack of reflection of both the interior (individual) and especially the exterior (collective) world. When studying history, one has no other option than to reflect on the past. Does history as a subject not matter because it no longer is the present? There are numerous other examples I could give, but I'm going to stop and forever hold my peace.

Long ago in Japan. A villager wanted to know the meaning of life. His neighbors suggested he ask the zen buddhist monk who sits on top of the hill and spends all day meditating under a tree. He asked the monk what's the meaning of life and the monk said, go home and meditate on the question and return to me in the morning. The next morning the man returned and said I did as you instructed, but nothing came to me. The monk said go home and meditate on the question and return to me in the morning. This continued like this over and over every day for many years until finally the monk was on his deathbed. The man asked the monk, why after all these years, have you not answered my question? The monk said, only now on my deathbed can I finally reveal to you the truth. The meaning of life is....and then the monk died.

I am glad to have come across this channel, this is the first video seen on it but it's obvious this is Light on the Path. It's great to see so many more people seeking, we are One, Love and cooperation with compassion, understanding and applied ingenuity is hopefully reaching critical mass. It may appear like the world is going to hell, yet turmoil and strife can be catalyst for growth and it appears more and more are turning within seeking to Be the change we wish to see. Love/Light

Imagination - Process of Pure Creation The process of creation starts with thought - an idea, conception, visualization. Everything you see was once someone's idea. Nothing exists in your world that did not first exist as pure thought. This is true of the universe as well. Thought is the first level of creation. Next comes the word. Everything you say is a thought expressed. It is creative and sends forth creative energy into the universe. Words are more dynamic (thus, some might say more creative) than thought, because words are a different level of vibration from thought. They disrupt (change, alter, affect) the universe with greater impact. Words are the second level of creation. Next comes action. Actions are words moving. Words are thoughts expressed. Thoughts are ideas formed. Ideas are energies come together. Energies are forces released. Forces are elements existent. Elements are particles of God, portions of ALL, the stuff of everything. The beginning is God. The end is action. Action is God creating - or God experienced. Hang on. There's one thing more I have to tell you. You are always seeing what by your terms you would define as the "past," even when you are looking at what is right in front of you. I am? It is impossible to see The Present. The Present "happens," then turns into a burst of light, formed by energy dispersing, and that light reaches your receptors, your eyes, and it takes time for it to do that. All the while the light is reaching you, life is going on, moving forward. The next event is happening while the light from the last event is reaching you. The energy burst reaches your eyes, your receptors send that signal to your brain, which interprets the data and tells you what you are seeing. Yet that is not what is now in front of you at all. It is what you think you are seeing. That is, you are thinking about what you have seen, telling yourself what it is, and deciding what you are going to call it, while what is happening "now" is preceding your process, and awaiting it. To put this simply, I am always one step ahead of you. My God, this is unbelievable. Now listen. The more distance you place between your Self and the physical location of any event, the further into the "past" that event recedes. Place yourself a few light-years back, and what you are looking at happened very, very long ago, indeed. Yet it did not happen "long ago." It is merely physical distance which has created the illusion of "time," and allowed you to experience your Self as being both "here, now" all the while you are being "there, then"! One day you will see that what you call time and space are the same thing. Then you will see that everything is happening right here, right now. This is....this is....wild. I mean, I don't know what to make of all this. When you understand what I have told you, you will understand that nothing you see is real. You are seeing the image of what was once an event, yet even that image, that energy burst, is something you are interpreting. Your personal interpretation of that image is called your image-ination. And you can use your imagination to create anything. Because - and here is the greatest secret of all - your image-ination works both ways. Please? You not only interpret energy, you create it. Imagination is a function of your mind, which is one-third of your three-part being. In your mind you image something, and it begins to take physical form. The longer you image it (and the more OF you who image it), the more physical that form becomes, until the increasing energy you have given it literally bursts into light, flashing an image of itself into what you call your reality. You then "see" the image, and once again decide what it is. Thus, the cycle continues. This is what I have called The Process. This is what YOU ARE. You ARE this Process. This is what I have meant when I have said, you are both the Creator and the Created. I have now brought it all together for you. We are concluding this dialogue, and I have explained to you the mechanics of the universe, the secret of all life. Okay. Now as energy coalesced, it becomes, as I said, very concentrated. But the further one moves from the point of this concentration, the more dissipated the energy becomes. The "air becomes thinner." The aura fades. The energy never completely disappears, because it cannot. It is the stuff of which everything is made. It's All There Is. Yet it can become very, very thin, very subtle - almost "not there." Then, in another place (read that, another part of Itself) it can again coalesce, once more "clumping together" to form what you call matter, and what "looks like" a discreet unit. Now the two units appear separate from each other, and in truth there is no separation at all. This is, in very, very simple and elementary terms, the explanation behind the whole physical universe. Wow. But can it be true? How do I know I haven't just made this all up? Your scientists are already discovering that the building blocks of all of life are the same. They brought back rocks from the moon and found the same stuff they find in trees. They take apart a tree and find the same stuff they find in you. I tell you this: We are all the same stuff. (I and the Father are One Energy) We are the same energy, coalesced, compressed in different ways to create different forms and different matter. Nothing "matters" in and of itself. That is, nothing can become matter all by itself. Jesus said, "Without the Father, I am nothing." The Father of all is pure thought. This is the energy of life. This is what you have chosen to call Absolute Love. This is the God and the Goddess, the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. It is the All-in-All, the Unmoved Mover, the Prime Source. It is that which you have sought to understand from the beginning of time. The Great Mystery, the Endless Enigma, the Eternal Truth. There is only One of Us, and so, it is THAT WHICH YOU ARE.

I appreciate his take which many people need in order to get past their ordinary view, their socially programmed perspective, but he is aware of furthering a meta-definition of time. Such as, tomorrow does come, and we call that today.

Only when the mind remains with what is, without trying to change it, without trying to run or move away from it, can there be that silence. That is the end of time, and the end of me. There is no division, the thinker is the thought, and the observer is the observed. Only then, can that nameless, formless thing come into being, which has no beginning, no end, the origin of all things.. The most sacred thing in all of life.

this subject gives me goosebumps so fascinating

I call it (The Big Sleep) as if we're as you say, in a sort of game; or sleep within sleep. As seeker of knowledge seeks he quickly learns rules as other quickly fall away. Appears as a seeker can't ever find or locate another seeker in real time, only from arms distance; like this video. Distractions are everywhere, push n pull always is. Try stopping and you'll be pushed from other forces. Entropy works it's way, things go away as you learn more. You can't even keep things very long in the dream. Focusing on nothing you eventually fall into a void of nothingness, only aware of peace and blackness. Then you think about this existence for one moment and you return. A peek into potentiality. Still wondering what's next, do you return etc. In the end you might find yourself wondering if anything is worth anything, I'd say it isn't.. So what's beyond the void, the barrier that is behind all. To come up endlessly with one conclusion, it's all a complete joke. So you must find a way to laugh at everything. Haha, but you soon forget to laugh, you take something serious, and once again games afoot once more. Soon learning that maybe your asleep within a sleep, or heavily drugged, or being bled out; then you remember to laugh once more,. Ending up with one thing learned about everything, nothing, absolutely nothing is serious, again you must laugh. A joke, a complete joke. Not to be taken in any way, all is best left alone, to observe without thought nor interruption , can you do that!! Try, try focusing on any one thing to no end as your body is allowed to function... Leaving body n mind alone to its own rhythm isn't easy, but a must. As you dream this too must be a dream. Otherwise you'd live in a split reality, a dream or no dream? Can't have reality be and a dream be state within it. One only can exist, you are asleep.

Thank you for posting this. I wish I'd be able to believe I'm wrong, be able to believe that everything around me is really there. Believe me, it isn't a feeling I love or even feel remotely 'iffy' about. I hate it in fact. There's just too many questions, in this moment, for example: Why am I writing some reply on some internet by some person... If I don't believe the person, internet or place to reply to even exist in the first place. It scares me, a lot. I've seen some intense and unbelievable things in my life - so when I say that these sort of beliefs scare me, trust me when I say I am scared by it. It illustrates, there is no meaning in anything. There's no hope, and when there is no hope, there is no hope of finding hope - why even would I try looking?

After more than a year and a half on sr, I discovered that you can't reach the true definition of happiness and selfcontrol unless you free yourself from the s thoughts and wet dreams, else you're still stuck in the mud and you need to make a move.

A power realisation indeed. I’m more than 4 months into SR and still grappling with strong s thoughts and urges. The urges have not gone away completely as most people who ve been on long streaks have asserted but are a constant companion to sexual reverie that I slip into quite so often.

I am truly amazed…how do you possibly know these things? I have been thinking about the animals. I have been thinking that we as human beings think that we are above them but they really are light years ahead of us. They understand that life is to be lived. And yet we as humans have some crazy belief we are above them. It’s all so simple. But so complex at the same time for us as a human entity. Why? Can’t we just be in the moment? Briiant video. Profound Wisdom. I always wondered why people sometimes, like to Live on the edge.....mountain climbing,.sailing in dangerous seas, sky diving etc. Now I'm more aware!

I just found this and I started listening to it it sounds like pure medicine that I need to keep the mind right and clean

There is no greater truth than the title of this video. Some may read it and just pass that off like any other sentence - but that is THE answer everyone is searching for

There is a lot of truth in this video. We are an experience and nothing else, it is easy to believe that we are the mind because it tries to convince us by constantly reminding us of itself with thought, memories and expectation. Or believe that we are the body because it constantly reminds us of itself in the way that we constantly feel it. No matter what we think we are, the fact is that we all have experiences. No matter what we do we experience it and no matter what purpose we think we have it is only an experience. Therefore the purpose of life is to be experienced and our purpose to experience it so no matter what we think, we are only an experience. We all come from the same origin, the world is one and everything is connected so we can say that we are life itself experiencing itself from a many different perspective. Each and everyone of us is different perspective, each perspective is an experience so in fact we are only an experience. To be awake and live in the present is onley noticing the experience without judgement. Love your experience and it will give you a reason to love yourself even more, which will give you more reason to love the experience.
