After many years of hard and bloody searching, he finally arrived at the shores of the sacred lake, shrouded in mist , quiet except for ghostly whispers of the water birds. Vaguely, oh so vaguely came a darker shade of mist which revealed itself gradually as the prow of a white boat. Now at last was the moment when he would meet the King of Avalon, noble Arthur Pendragon. At exactly the same moment his heart filled with squirely devotion to his liege and master, deft fingers began to bring forth the voice of the accordion....

It is all very cool. These guys are spectacular in their talent. I play 5-string banjo myself and their banjo player is probably the best I've ever seen. @@maekong2010 For what its worth - here is his message from last summer: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ladies and gentlemen, A word from Pukki: It's time to break the news. Some of you know already, most probably don't. I'm quitting touring professionally, which means I have to leave my buddies and let a new guy take it from here. No drama, no burnt bridges. It was a tough decision to make but also necessary; I've got to quit this level of touring to be able to keep playing. It was a good run and I am going to sorely miss this sooner or later. But it is what it is, time and place for everything and all that. For now, huge thanks to all of you who came to our shows and watched our stuff online during these past few years! Thank you for making my boyhood dream come true. Thank you, all the new friends I made! Thank you, all the hard working professionals that make it possible for us to do our jobs, but who stay in the shadows. I met a lot of you along the way. Most importantly: thank you, rest of Steve 'n' Seagulls, bandmates who are much more than that. Everything I tried to write here just seemed too lame and distant, and we do come from a culture that tends not to lavish words. I know you know. As my final post I'd like to present this compilation of totally random photos, along with a special treat as the soundtrack (recorded and mixed by Simo Orpana). Näkemiin!

I am pretty certain that my discovery of this has made my day :))
I LOVE you guys! I just found you this week when I typed in "Thunderstruck" !!! Greetings from the land down under 🤘🤘🤘💥💖
This band is absolutely one of the most talented & unique bands I’ve ever heard & I’ve been listening to a lot of music for a very long time.
Guys , this is a masterpiece , I'm from Russia and why it is I became so close to heart , especially the guy with the accordion

i wish russia would share more of his culture with us, but it all gets stuck at the language barrier and with cyrillic letters zero marketing in the west of very good music from russia :(

I love Russian music myself.
Баянисту премию за концептуальность в каждом видео❤
Beautiful, simply beautiful arrangements over any, already great, songs you play together. You guys are something else! Thanks!
Their every performance is a gift to our senses. Their understanding and rendering of music, history and cultures is profound, spiritual, surreal, mesmerizing, and outstanding, I feel lucky to be alive when they are. I hope to one day be able to sit down somewhere and have a beer with these guys. That would be one centering moment for me.
