Hey man, Quick Q. I installed a coolerworx regular (no centering spring) shifter on my e46 M3 and It's pretty hard to get into each gear. Like the effort is much more pronounced. I had a CAE shifter on my other BMW and it wasn't that hard. Is there a way to adjust the effort level? Any thoughts?

I agree with the difficulty of getting into the gears but it's just a matter of getting used to it. I've driven it for 1000+ km and think that's the only way.

Cool video but for the future videos, please ithibk about including a short video with the finished projekt. I would have loved to see how the shifter looks when it is installed in the car, if only for 10 seconds :) and that goes for every diy video, please show how it looks when it is done :)

hi, I installed it on my z a few days ago, and it suddenly drone so much recently, especially when I down shift to the third gear. Do you have this kind of issue?

I haven't experienced any noticeable drone. Make sure that all bolts (including shift knob) are torqued properly.

Don’t see the pro 370 shifter anywhere on their site, just regular version. Anyone know why?

This is just a prototype for now but they're close to going live.

When are you gonna post the test drive? I already seen Chris did this with his E36 but I am still confused with the gear shift with this shifter because it makes it look easy to skip a gear

I really need to shoot that video. Just been busy. I'll get it done this month. For the 4 months I've been using it, I have never skipped a gear so far.

I’m looking for the pro version but can’t seem to find it

Yes and no. My transmission vibrates after 5k even when it was stock. So i wouldn't blame coolerworx but they have addressed the rattle issue even with their regular version.
