Omg same girl!! I got recommended ox bile tablets to help break down fats. They didn't work for me because my diet doesn't have enough fat in it so the pills were too much. I've heard they help a lot of people though!

Thank you for the video. I was put on phentermine last week and I was nervous. Not so much for health - I trust my doctor. But I have felt guilty in a way that I was taking a "diet pill" but this is a much healthier and corrext way to look at things.

Thank you for doing this video. I am a 51 year old woman and have tried all sorts of diets and diet pills since I was a teenager and some of them didn't work or the results were temporary. And not only did the weight come back, but I would gain more. I am currently taking medications for blood pressure, cholesterol and I am borderline diabetic. About a year ago I was diegnosed with A-fib and am now taking an anticoagulant too. I will definitely be talking to my doctor about some of these medications on my next visit. Thank you so much. 👍

What's your opinion on intermittent fasting? It works great for me to eat between max 8 hours, get stable blood sugar and loose weight with good diet and some light exercise. I've heard health care professionals being critical of it working and am wondering what you think about it 😊

Great video. These medications seem like not very good options. Years ago my doctor recommended I try the Brazilian diet pills. They were awesome. Gave me energy, never felt jittery. Were the best was the first time I lost serious weight. They were taken off the market for who knows what reason. Nothing out there seems to come close.

Can you do a video on medications used for constipation? I’ve been diagnosed with IBS-C since I was 16 and tried pretty much anything. I’ve done OTC laxatives like Dulcolax, Ex-Lax, and Senokot, which can work sometimes but obviously I can’t become dependent on. Then I’ve tried prescription medications like Linzess, Trulance, and now I’m taking Motegrity. I’m curious about the mechanisms of action and the pros/cons to each. Thanks!

So funny that you chose this topic. I have just made the decision to talk to my family doctor about help to loose weight. I have tried so many things, but because I have recurring depression and there for no motivation I never get to far. My consern is how my stomach will tolerate the pills as I have ibs.

@@casting_lines I have had depression since I was a child and have tried many different treatments and the medication I have now helps a lot. But when I get stressed I get worse, even on the medication. I easily get stressed and it takes a while before I stabilize again. I have very small windows in my everyday life where I feel really well.

This is my problem as well.

I am 65kg (143 pounds) and my height is 170 (5’7) I feel like a giant. I really wanna try Penthermine but it’s prescription only and is expensive. I also have thyroid and PCOS I work out 1-2 a week (Low intensity) I eat about 1700calories a day. Nothing works except cool sculpting I tried during promotion but the weight jumps back as fast as I lose them. I’m frustrated!!!
