JEON CENA well the North isn’t powerful! The war of the five kings made sure of that and I’m assuming the battle for Winterfell will be the same with Stannis in the books. Sansa is still in the Vale waiting for Sweet Robin to die and be engaged to Harry the Heir and shed her bastard status and reclaim her Starkiness. So the Vale coming to her aid like they did in the show will probably be true in the books. He still needs to be resurrected in the books, but just the Wildings alone isn’t gonna be enough, but hopefully in the books the North Still remembers and we won’t get the bullshit we got in season 6 with the North’s plot line! Though Lyanna Mormonts 62 Spartans can easily have one that war, so in that Respect Jon is covered!

And I know Jason knew this scene was difficult for Emilia bc whatever was used to make the "heart" was gross af, so he also kept eye contact as himself, basically telling Emilia "C'mon you can do it, you got this!" with his eyes. I could read that plain as day bc his eyes are so expressive.

He isn't defeated so much as he's jealous of what she has. She is a Queen or Khaleesi, she has her Khal, who it's obvious loves her, she has a khaleesar to command (and except for Khal Drogo, they'll listen to her), and she has a soon to be born son. She doesn't have the seven kingdoms like he wants to have, but she does have here, everything he believes he deserves to have in Westeros, AND he was the one who inadvertently gave her the key to her happiness, which neither of them knew at the time.

If the horse was healthy, and likely was as they knew how to care for horses. And if the heart was fresh, like still warm... Then it would have been safe to consume. In regards to pregnant women, the heart is being digested; anything harmful to the baby would be destroyed by the digestive process. At worst she vomit but more likely due to the act itself rather than the actual heart.

Rhaego. Drogo + Rhaegar = Rhaego. Probably named after the brother she lost, and the husband she gained, both of whom are dear to her. Great and significant name.

He was, they explain it in the books. Drogo asks her about it right after this part as he is leading her to sacred waters where she bathes, and he approves.

he would have died anyways. daenerys would have worked twice as hard to protect herself, her people and her son. the reason why daenerys survived is that she was understimated by everybody and then proved her worth. people would immediately understand rhaegos threat and end him right then and there

I just really thought about the beauty of the name Rhaego. Rhae- being a common part of Valarian naming practices and -Go being very Dothraki in nature (e.g. Drogo). She beautifully combined their cultures. It’s so damn sad that she never got to have him.

That's a good point! I guess Dany really loved Dothraki culture or at the very least, uses it as her last homage to Khal Drogo, because throughout the rest of the series, she always honored the braid system, and would gradually add more and more braids to her hairstyle as she kept winning more and more battles.

Dany was so freaking cool. Watching House of the Dragon makes me remember that more often. Those Targaryens had big ass dragons and unlimited power handed over to them from their predecessors. Dany came from nothing but past glory and had to fight for everything herself.

I love the Dosh Khaleen’s feral scream singing at the end. It’s such an awesome, not overpowering sound. The sound effect people for this show were the best musicians and conductors.

I always say it would be funny if Viserys was the normal one so to speak and Daenerys and maybe Rhaegar inherited the Targaryen madness. And if it is a simple recessive gene, and their father-uncle-brother was insane, every child had to carry at least one gene, then given their mother-aunt-sister was sane, as were her parents, who were siblings, but incest-free themselves; she must have carried one gene, the chances for each child were 50:50. So If Rhaegar was insane too, Jon HAS one gene. So his children with Dany have another 50:50 chance of being sane or insane. If Rhaegar only had one gene, Jon has a 50:50 chance of having one. And what if the dragon rider gene is unconnected to madness or hair color? What if it is even dominant, so a child needs to inherit from it only one parent at a 50 percent chance? Dragons were gone for 100 years, so there was no chance of telling for the Dornish and Baratheon lines, too. If Jon is one, too, it HAS to be dominant, since Starks never rode dragons , so Rhaegar has to be one, too. So laugh at Arys' face when the Stark and Dornish looking grandchildren of his inherited THAT one, but his Targaryen looking grandchild didn't. Or even better if his sister-cousin-wife had it, TWICE, his parents-uncle-aunt had it, all his kids, maybe his blond grandson, too, but he didn't, he who wanted to be a dragon, while EVERY child of his sister would be with every man. Or if... his other aunt, her grandchild, Robert, his brothers, his niece and all his kids, like Gendry, still have it and could ride Dragons. (Or, if we talk about recessive genes, you mate two of them to have a Targaryen mad kid. Say, Jon and Mya Stone create a blackhaired Stark and Baratheon looking, but dragon riding child, insane, but with double dominant dragon rider genes. LOL) Or even better, if his older grandchildren, Dornish and Targaryen both, could only have dragonriders as kids, since they inherited it not only from Rhaegar but also their DORNISH dragonrider mother, since they had a Targaryen great-grandmother over 100 years ago. The Dornish woman, a dragonrider who gave her Dornish looks and smell to his eldest grandchild. Obviously, one of Ellia's nephews didn't have it, but maybe his siblings and father still have it. And maybe her other brother, Oberyn and all his Sand Snakes. Shudder.

Aside from D&D screwing up the scene after their wedding, and most of their intercourse following that, Daenerys and Drogo had the most realistic marriage. Yeah, it was arranged, but they were very much in love and embraced each other. They both grew as people from being married and it was fantastic. The way they look at each other while she's eating the heart is the most believable acting I've ever seen.

Drogos' smile's so adorable ❤

OMG I just realize they share the exact same fate in the show. Her brother falls the instant where he see his sister being queen instead of him in the heart of people, and himself regarded as a stranger. The next scene, he provokes outrageous violence to retrieve his crown and will be murdered in name of the last Targaryen. Daenerys falls more and more as she loose the ones who worshipped her, and see she's a stranger for Westeros people, and Jon being the real king in the heart of this men. She provokes a merciless carnage to retrieve her throne and will be murdered by the last Targaryen.

Spicy_ Riker it will be a while before actual footage, we got 2 clips before the S7 trailer a sigil promo and Dany, Jon and Cersei walking to their thrones promo. So we may get two different promos before the trailer again but we may get a new line or two and to see some new outfits.

Simply put "Game of Thrones!" is the best show ever! There is no other like it! I will truly miss the cast, and the fantabulous episodes! 😢😢😢😢🎇🎇🎇❤❤❤❤❤❤💋💋 HBO the prequel better be just as good!

I remember watching the Dothraki scene where khal drogo gives his big speech and for some reason I had no subtitles so I just had absolutely no idea what was going on

Jason momoa is a fucking awesome actor this is why he deserved to be aquaman

That was nice to remember it.

The one couple in the whole show (Starks aside) who was genuinely in love... Heartbreaking :(
