The herbs, natural spices, curry paste, chilies, literally everything about it come from the earth!! I cannot wait to travel to Thailand.

Absolutely agree. Also it seems Ling has more of sweet tooth than Mark. I love that she always orders deserts or sweets and Mark kindly tastes them.

Huen jai yong is amazing! Was there last year. You should check out Charoen Suan Aek next time for northern Thai food. Been going there for the past 5 years. Not quite as serene and beautiful as huen jai yong but the food is even better in my opinion. It's a bit hard to find but it's much closer to town as well!
