Just told you. Him like other people make alot of money with these videos. They use the locals dony pay them enough and dont even ask the public if they can film them.

At the point where Mark said he might shed a tear during the meal, I was about to shed a tear from just watching him eat it! Amazing chef and a nice chill looking spot.

It’s good to have your wife in the video. Thai’s foods is awesome. I live in Malaysia and we have many thai’s stall here but the one in Thailand wayyy better and taste. ❤️

I’ve watched a lot of Mark’s videos over the years and I just love how excited he was in this one! He was practically chomping at the bit to get to the restaurant and every time he tried one of the dishes he was blown away.

All great real master chefs made their recipe books with the ingredients only, never a quantity was mentioned. Auguste Escoffier, the king of chefs and chef for the kings did the same. His explanation was simple and ingenious: Let every chef be his own master, give him the ingredients and let him play with the quantities. NB: Love this kind of books, have some myself. :-D
