North West Facing Cleft House in New Delhi by Anagram Architects ( Home Tour).
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
“In this house, the owners were keen to experiment with the style, structure, and tones. Our design consists of two massive creamy-white monoliths with dents and inward-facing balconies. Entering through colossal glass doors with a view of a riveting water feature two floors down is a sight to behold. Traverse three floors up in a glass cubicle or break the monotony of a vertical experience with a winding staircase. An experiment turned successful adventure, this is #TheWonderIBuilt”.
Handed over to architect Vaibhav Dimri of Anagram Architects, the air-cooled atrium was designed such that family members can relax on any floor, even during summers. Catch a glimpse of the video of this exquisite home, a vision for anyone who believes in grandeur!

Hats off to owner who agreed to enter in such a unique concept.

Thx but more thx to architects to make this unique idea real🙂🙏
It doesn't give the feel of a home. It looks more like an apartment complex.
This is basically an atrium space of a 3 star hotel cut from both the ends and placed in a plot.
This feels more like a mall than a house..!
The interior is great but the exterior isn't comfortable at all for a residential building
Good design but Not much use of natural light, feels very claustrophobic.
What a useless design. Imagine an army of cleaners running all day up and down to clean up shit dropped by flying pigeons in that open area and dust settling inside.

@@magnumopus9033 -- LMAO, the polluted air wouldn't enter through the middle opening in this house? Funny how people justify ridiculous things.
I guess the it's not comfortable to live in such a house where there is a lot of vertical circulation not much of horizontal circulation one would have to change floors again and again
Never seen something like this before, Hats off to architects🙏
Façade isn’t appealing for all the money spent on marble cladding. By trying to be different, they have curtailed the natural lighting. Also rest rooms facing the facade sounds awkward. The only saving Grace is the terrace, after spending a fortune, the inhabitants would end up spending more time in the terrace.

Well it's actually the client who wanted this design... there's another video by the same firm on the same project where they said that the client himself wanted to make a house with no window on the front side and went bonker with the project
Oh boi.he really desperately wanted to design a hotel n he fooled the client into making one in the name of home.
the changing charecter of the streets are much better to watch than facing the rich marble finish.
That'd feel more like a hotel. Everything is separate except the ground floor. That steep and unnecessarily long staircase would discourage the inhabitants to take it.
trying way, WAY too hard.
This doesn't look like a house ..its a mall...too much of innovation has spoiled the basic aesthetics
trust me guys, without use of natural light..this house will be very depressive...imagine mom at 3rd floor and you guys sleeping at 2nd floor...i feel its missing basic essence of a home..poor design
What about those hundreds or thousands of workers and contractor who builts this house if all the crest goes to an architect 🤔
All the hateful comments are fans of Harry Dutt channel who are seeped in narrow minded designs None of these baffoons have any idea of modern architecture , modern lines and living introverted. In that busy street, it is a marvel of a design to create a high end luxury home and include all the bells and whistles of a mansion. Yes rich people want to live in hotel like ambience, yes they want extremely modern lines, you sitting in your 1bhk should be last one go judge. Sick of people hating on someone's dream home and someone's architectural vision.
Very unique with few eye catching architecture details.. Exterior of the building looks little dull but otherwise 🤩
Feels like a Museum more than a house
Facade seems not finished properly or it's a desiggn?
This is an explanation , 🙏. What room is where was told just orally. And i understood. Best video.❤️ I wanted to see an architect inside the house and that has been done. 👍 Want to see them moving inside the house and show us in detail. Next wish.!!
ಮನೆ ಸಕತಾಗಿದೆ ಗುರೂ❤️
It's truly a wonder... In a Way :) Instead of providing such monotonous façade, they could have provided small balconies towards the roadside as well.. of course with an option to shut them visually and acoustically..
After watching this my concept of Balcony is clear. You should also share the details of amount of electricity bills they pay every month.
Superb in designs ... Though it more looks like a hotel or commercial property but still it's good and a relatively good experience to be there...
What should be the budget to make such house ?
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Out of the box 👍
Iconic
What is the plot size of this design?
Location of this house ??
Very nice house.......great work keep it up
Different.
What in the living hell were they thinking while designing this!! Waste of so much money!
Can I get good commercial plan for 24*90 with sunlight
Not a nice way to try with someone else's money .. feels claustrophobic ... feeling bad for the client ..
Very good experience was as a site engineer on this project
Experiment of Architect I think..very less use of natural light.. Kitchen was too claustrophobic
Modern art house.. Stunning fabulous..

That’s just a part of hotel placed in a plot
This house is a mall inside
That is small society in a plot

Super
Our company name is desing craft.
No use of natural light which is a shame. Otherwise a brave concept.
No house feeling
I mean, its a hotel, let's be honest.
It doesn’t feel like a house, rather feels like a hotel.
There is no natural light in this home
The Living spaces and Bed rooms do not bind well,It doesn't seems as one space. Looks more like an Apartment.
One word .....lol
Looks like a shopping mall rather than a house, also too much detail to a organic design has just made it worst.
Very beautifully designed. Love the balcony concept.
Frankenstine of a house. Crappy design, nothing can beat simplicity. Be true to yourself, do you like what you see?
too many crooked shaped spaces...will lead to vastu dosh

Vastu is a fake philosophy
@sowmyakotian7300
3 жыл бұрын
@@magnumopus9033 Its, not a fake philosophy. When one lacks knowledge about a subject or is determined not to research or understand the subject matter, he or she would say that. All Ancient Indian temples, ancestral houses, were built with some basic principles imbibed in Vastu shastra according to the weather, temperature, direction and energies of the site. Vastu shastra, Engineering and Architecture all have their own significance. Anything becomes fake when it is practised and advised by a person or entity as per convenience and make beliefs.

My parents are vastu consultant. Each brick of my house is as per vastu. Yet we suffer from chronic illnesses, poverty and debt that doesn't go away. I am divorced at the age of 28 with no secure future. If my house wasn't as per vastu everyone would tell that vastu is wrong and lead into fear mongering. I know vastu was always meant to be scientific and n emphasize on light and wind flow but it's the fear mongering and associating wealth and health to it that seems like a farce.
Architect ne kuch jyada hi experiment kar diya....front looks ugly. I have seen introvert house with much better front.
I couldn't see living there. Architecture is amazing but not suitable for a home.

Pathetic Exterior Job but Nice interior ...
Looks like sheer waste of money. The journey through the so called house leaves an idea that the designers didn’t have any idea what they wanted to come out with.
