When the clients approached the architect to design six individual homes for the six brothers, the architect was not one to shy away from taking up this challenge. He was able to achieve Vastu compliance along with functionality and individuality in all these compact homes.
Even though compact, the houses are designed to invite ample natural daylight, lots of ventilation, and easy movement within. A façade screen that brings in the first rays of the sun from the east, a central skylight right above the staircase, and the north balconies are some of the major elements that add light and life to every individual space in the houses.

A minimal and raw material palette of concrete and wood runs throughout the houses making them a humble abode where space planning and functionality have the first priority. What then adds individuality is the different patterns, artwork, and choices of the individual homeowners.

Where is this located ? The cost?
We have a 3500 sft plot and we can barely park one large car and one small car, one side has 7 feet wide space for garden but trees dont fruit there as we get sunlight only from 9am-12:30 am. Rest of the house has two bedrooms, two bathroom ( no common bathroom for guests. A living room, a dining room al ridiculously big kitchen, a laundry room in which a store room is carved out, a drawing room. The second bathroom and bedroom are small especially the bathroom- the shower is 15 inches infront of the commode. My falther got it built. He refused to take any inputs and the Architect was from lIT Delhi working in some multinational as an architect paper pusher. Every time i visit that house i curse that Architect.

They do this from scratch by themselves, I mean they bring their workers and materials and everything. We just have to pay or their is something else here that I am missing. Can someone explain this in grade terms? I am 13 years old.

Yea, inputs like budget interest and inspiration are collected from clients and the whole process is done from firm’s side. Sometimes there might be few firms collaborating and getting the house done as they might specialise in particular areas like vastly or any material for that matter

Those details are revealed in their website for their subscribers . They reveal few but most others like dimensions plan costing is given for their paid subscribers
Budget is 1cr - 1.20cr
Over Experiment done. E.g. no place for AC as everything open

All said and done, hydrogen is not readily available in nature and has to be broken down which is expensive.
