We love it, we Traveled Lombok too. Great nature, with many beautiful Waterfalls at the Rinjani Area, beautiful beaches at Southlombok -we like Mawun Beach and Selong Belanag Beach

Hey Mike, always lovely to read your comments. We're really happy with this vlog as well and are still very keen on growing further and getting better, but hey we've just started a few months ago. Thanks for the kind words, we've travelled quiet intensively for the last 3 months which isn't always the best for our health, so we're going to travel a bit slower in our next country (which we will get to next week). As we're also working on finding a sustainable way of living our life this way, we just need to be responsible with our own health, but that's a challenge that everyone faces in this world whatever work they do. Which makes it an interesting topic to talk about too and we might discuss this in a vlog sometimes. 😊

It is really nice to found your website and jump to your youtube channel. Stunning! Planing the trip to Lombok next week and fortunately gonna take a same route . It really inspiring! Not gonna stop in Lombok vlog. Enjoy travel whenever you are!!!

Hey Coshan, especially in the harbour of Bangsal everyone tried to rip us off and intimidate us. We've been traveling for a while though, so of course they didn't succeed, but I can imagine that for first time travelers this can be very uncomfortable. Apart from Lombok we haven't been ripped or scammed anywhere in Indonesia, in fact we are totally in love with it! 😊

No it is absolutely amazing and the people are great. Our most important thing is that we always smile to the people, and trust me, a smile can do so much in a foreign country! 😊

We Wander Asia, the waterfalls are nice, especially when you captured with your DJI drone. And me and my wife in our 30s are thinking of going Lombok, which place you recommend us to stay? Would love to stay in a Resort. And there are day tours provided just like in Bali? It it safe there, have been scammed by some money changer guys before, found out and went back to the money changer stall, and indeed another Australian guy was also cheated and he scolded them badly, lucky we got back our money as well.

Unfortunately if we would have to choose one place where we've felt the least safe, it has to be Lombok. This had mainly to do with all the mafia like scams at the port of Bangsal, but in general Lombok isn't the safest part of Indonesia. We recommend Lombok mostly for people who want to go surfing or party a bit, but you guys might be better off somewhere else. Wouldn't know what we be best for you guys, we've just arrived in Sri Lanka and it is blowing us away! 😃

maybe next time u can come rinjani mountain too... there is more waterfall too.. like mangku sakti waterfall.. dewi selendang waterfall.. tiu teja waterfall ... mayung putih waterfall... and more place in sembalun... and im feel like i ever meet with u at some guardian pharmacy in mataram mall... or maybe its just my feeling... anyway.. have a nice adventure and god bless u always... i like ur vlog... :)

I've been a few times in lombok, nut never seen these waterfalls. Would you recommend a guide? And is it possible to go by motorcycle or can I better go by taxi?

Hey Jules, it really depends how comfortable you are with doing it by yourself. In the end it was quiet easy, you just need to get on the path and cross a few rivers, but I'd just make sure you're with someone else. The waterfalls have an entrance point, you can take a cab or motorbike up there and from there it is just walking. Does that answer your questions? 😊

do you follow a tour to the waterfall? or you just go there on your own? and do you have to pay at the entrance? and lastly ur video ar beautiful and very good.keep up the good work.

Hey Lyleen, we didn't take any tour or guide and did it all by ourselves. You can take a guide though if you feel more comfortable. At the entire beginning of the trail there is an entrance point where you pay IDR10.000 which is about $0.65, hope that answers your questions 😃

so you guys heading to sumbawa?there's a vlog by stewart blake,a cyclist from UK, he found a very nice beach in sumbawa and completely empty,it's really nice if you can find that beach,the vlog tittle is "the beach"

We agree that some places in Bali have been over travelled and are not so nice anymore. However Lombok and Bali both have still beautiful places we, it just depends how well you search for them 😉
