I have been to Lombok may times the first being 30 years ago to parachute..it was something i have never forgotten and yes the people are so welcoming..It is so different to Bail but they are both such special places in the world

We depart in about 6 hours to Lombok international , great to return back to the hidden Gilli's , the westpoint, Kuta and offcourse Sengigi with live music in the Happy restaurant ❤

I’ve been to Bromo and I absolutely love it. A very special hike I did there about 8 years ago 😍 I’d love to go back there one day 😃

We hope Lombok still nature,,we can enjoy the the nature whereever we go,,i dont want lombok like's Bali. Crowded ,too western.

I’m afraid it will change soon as there are massive projects going on at the moment. It’s a matter of years I think. At least the south will change big time over the next decade

Lombok is a beautiful Island have spent a month there. Its not overcrowded like Bali you enjoy the beautiful nature and the hospitality of the local people

We did pretty similar stuff on our trip, in the north we found a wonderful place right on the beach called, Sunset Springs, it has a wonderful chef called Alfi and the resort is really nice, one of lombok's well kept secrets, this place is after the gili islands on the way to mount ranjani, definitely worth a visit next time you go..! great video :)

Wow insanely beautiful the fields with the mountains on the background. Never thought Indonesia would look like this..

Here are list about part of lombok: 1, south Lombok best for beaches such as kuta mandalika,mrese hill, tanjung an beach,selong belanak beach and etc. 2 ,east Lombok best for mountain,hills and waterfal an beatyful beach as well, 3. North Lombok best for the Gilis( gili trawangan,gili meno and gili air, there are many gili in lombok but these 3 gilis are the most well known for tourist 4. WestLombok u can find 3 beatiful gilis as well in sekotong region, senggigi beach and lot of tourist destination, wish you guys explore Lombok more

Lombok menyimpan keindahan surga di akui dunia . alamnya yang exotic dan mempesona. Pulau kecil banyak memiliki destinasi wisata yang sangat indah dan menarik untuk di kunjungi wisatawan mancanegara atsupun domestik..

This was a great one. very beautiful spots. $45 for that resort is an insane deal. I missed out on the volcano when I was there, I'll have to check it out next time.

Thanks! The best way is to rent a 4X4. But we did everything on a Honda click 125cc. It gave us a lot of freedom to go anywhere we wanted to be on the island. It’s also possible to ask your receptionist to arrange transportation to your next location, or asked how to get there by minivan. Everyone is super friendly and helpful:) I hopes it helps a bit 🙏 thanks

Apparently you can hire a car, with driver/guide for around AUD $50 for a full day. We will do this a couple of times while there for two weeks in June, up to get the Gilli Islands boat and down to Mataram and Kuta. We're staying near Mangsit.

Lombok is ❤ love ❤️ very calm relaxing, you talked about investment coming to lombok chai but I'm not a fan of this, its feels like destroying the beautiful nature place, like it happens in sihanoukville cambodia, anyway you two look great absolutely amazing video, following you both on instagram as well for the daily updates, you both are super kind and amazing human beings, i wish i could meet you on my next south asia trip. We spent last Christmas (2022) in Senggigi - and New Year’s Eve on Gili Air… Even tho that was during the rainy season (and it did rain) we still liked it so much that we are going back to Lombok this Christmas too to spend more time there. Going to stay in Tetebatu for several days and then move over to Senggigi again. And yup, rain is of course in the forecast but this time of year it’s a lot less crowded… Leaving in about 36 hours. Lovely place. Nice people. Great food. Beautiful beaches, and of course… Rinjani!

Not where we’ve been. They keep the touristic beeches pretty clean (don’t know if this is still the case during low season though).

I have heard some negative reviews about the beaches in Lombok. That they are filled with trash and the local government doesn't do much about it. Is it true?

Hi there, it’s hard to maintain all beaches. The once we’ve visited were kept clean. It’s a difficult task to keep it clean as there is a lot of plastic floating in the oceans 😕

Lombok island mainly has muslim populations. So any meat you get to eat there are either beef or chicken.

Once a year sea worm appear in the beach red color called (nyale) thats wby the called pink beach, alot of people will come and pick up the worm and cooked them

Hi Hi, lekker hoor 😍 Het hangt er van af wat jullie willen doen and wat jullie leuk vinden :) Bali heeft ons flink verrast "in de goede zin van het woord". Verwacht drukte op de weg, maar ook lekker eten en fijne stranden... Je moet helaas wel altijd uitkijken dat je niet te veel voor iets betaald omdat je er uitziet als een tourist 😅 Persoonlijk vind in Bali te druk (Vooral Seminyak and Kuta). Lombok is maar 30 minuten vliegen of een uurtje met de boot. eerste keer in Asie, 3 weken Indonesie? Ik zou zeggen: 1 week Bali, 5 dagen Lombok, 4 dagen Komodo of een ander eiland. Groetjes :D
