Couldn't have been earlier than June 1986 as that is when route 82 was introduced at North Finchley (garage journeys).

The 82 from Finchley to Victoria, 221 bus from there to Holborn and further, circa 1985!

😃😃used to bunk off school with a couple mates and hung around the garage for some reason?..miss those days walking up and down Christchurch avenue and woodberry grove😓..happy in north Norfolk now🐙🐳

Nice vid. This is surely later than 83 though; the cinema was knocked down after that.

...also the Gaumont Cinema in North Finchley is already demolished - this happened from Feb/March 1987 and it took a while to knock it down.
